    Hello 👋🏼
    Just for context: I mainly do pullups/pushups but I do train legs at the gym
    I try to do sprints in the Morning before school except on days where i did legs the day before (squats mainly)
    My question: Would you consider it a good idea to also do sprints on these days after legday ?

      It can be a good idea if everything is dosed appropriately

    I do four sprints one time a week. Is that too much for one session?
