For it to be smoother i think it's best to put the frame in 0.2x
Even if it may be a bit slower it's still smooth, just in case for someone who uses 0.1x frame will not have a smooth turn out and instead it will be very fast
(This is only a tip)

Bonus! Go into speed, and turn it down to 0.8 and click "make it smoother" then "better quality" get out of that part, let it load and it's got a slightly motion blur! Turning it to lower speed takes longer to load but it gives better rewards.
If you lower it to 0.5 to get it back to the right speed you must put it to ×2 after you export it
Yes it does cause a slight flashing but with a few effects it could work better
