i had one and sent it back i prefer the body blade it don't have the circular motion but you can also do like i did made my own with pvc and it worked very well.
Picked up one for my son who is 12 years old. The batting cages had them for use during their strength/conditioning classes so I was curious about the bar already. Thanks for the video. A couple of questions... - How often should he do this routine? - Should this take the place of resistance band shoulder drills on those days or compliment them? Thanks again
I'm 14 and my coach wants me to start placing the ball inside and outside. He said that it depends where my left foot lands. (I'm a RHP) I have no problem throwing outside to a right handed batter, but it's the inside that kills me. I either leave it way outside or hit the batter. Is this because my foot landing is off? What would I do to fix this?
It's possible that your foot always lands to far outside. I had the same problem at the same age, and for me the problem was that I was falling open way to early and my front foot landed outside, I was still able to work the ball back to the outside edge consistently, but hitting the inside edge was impossible because I was throwing the ball at something about 3 feet off from where I should be throwing, based on where my foot landed. Because I was so far off, when I tried to throw inside I hot wild and lost all command of my pitches.
Hey bud I would personally stick to a fastball and a change up...at your age if you throw a curveball or cutter incorrectly you can damage your elbow and arm. My coach back in the day told me " start throwing curveballs once you start to shave" I've always stuck with that motto and it worked for the best , as all of my colleague arms started falling off in HS mine was still getting stronger in college and beyond.
JAMES Play3 if you can throw a 2seam, 4seam, and a change up, then your way ahead most of your fellow pitchers. If you have a pitching coach, then they will be able to help you with the grips for these pitches, it's not a good idea to just look them up. Also, if you keep trying to throw a pitch, and you can just never make it work, Throw a different pitch. That is the one time it's ok to give up.
The body blade brand won't start going in circles because it is flat (like a blade), but every thing else is the same between to body blade one, and the off brand
yeah...because korean, english language origin is different...automatic tranlator can tranlate similar languages correctly....ex)korean-japanese,spanish-italian....if language origin different,he cannot tranlate normally...
Love the video. Do you have any other videos of good workouts for youth pictures?
Thx for posting this video. I am wondering from what age you recommend doing these exercises. I'll try to get a hold of a bar here in The Netherlands.
Can start them young with this one as long as it doesn't bother them.
Hey it's the guy that you responded to last video and wanted to say this video was awesome
Thanks!

@@gloopy1317 he gave up baseball once he got to high school. Gravitated toward another sport and couldn’t do both.

Does this really rehabilitate the rotator cuff?

You're probably scared to hit the batter. You can't hit your spot without having the confidence to hit it.

I bought one I'll try it tonight I saw Bauer use one so I'm in. Mine didn't seem to have that much flex out the box though maybe it needs to break in.
Did it ever get flexible? I just opened mine up & it’s like it took a viagra
@@_myhomieaaron nope it just sits on the corner in my basement. Either I'm completely retarded and unathletic or it won't flex.
