"It beats standing there with a Stanley knife" That was an excellently-made video, a pleasure to watch! And we want some! Is it Earl's place in Barnsley? Happy Birthday both 💓
Hi Emma and Neil (I hope I got your names correct and spelt right too) 🤔 Watching this video now and I have seen this product before. I seen them in use on another RUclipsr that I follow and they are American, yes it's already being used (I think was over a year ago). The Americans are well ahead of the Van Life game, also they worked! The Van Lifer in question is a middle aged, lone Lady vanlifer. She installed them herself and they were to keep the air flow curculating around the van in order to help with condensation etc. Air flow was very important as she stated that where she was the temperatures were in the highs as she did alot of wild camping in hot places also sorry I forgot to that she travels with her old fateful old dog too so airflow not only important for her but very important for her companion. She showed on her channel her sleeping with them overnight and she said she felt very safe and along with them and her max air on it was like sleeping with air conditioning. Also best thing she said was that you wouldn't know the windows were open! She has one on each front window. Some of the things these American RUclipsrs have in their builds are great. I think we are so behind with them and their van/bus products. Come on UK let's catch up with the Americans if not get ahead of the Van/Bus lifers and their homes please. Yes Neil she was able to drive with them in and she seemed to have good visibility too intact to me they reminded me of a longer window sorry deflectors. Would be interesting to know not only your guys opinion but also the opinions of your followers like me. Lisa UK xxxx
They look brilliant 😊😊 I just ordered a set for mine be good to give my girls some extra air especially now I’m living full time in my van ❤❤ lovely video big hugs to you both and have amazing birthday 😊
Disregard my earlier post. They do make one, although it only has room for one hose. You do need to use both hoses when using the Wave 2 inside a van, or it won't be as efficient.
Some say yes some say no . My argument is this , every air con Iv ever seen pulls fresh air from the out side and not the room that’s being cooled . Some say you don’t need to do that but non are air conditioning installers and evey building in the world has the air con unit on the out side . But it’s personal choice I think mate . We choose to put the hot air out and pull fresh air in
@@UrbanVanlife yep absolutely, everyone has their own way. I was just saying because a lot of people don't understand how an AC unit works. It's 2 separate circuits, so if you don't pull air in from outside, you're pullingbit from inside, which means you're taking air you've just cooled and reheating it through the heat exchanger and expelling it outside. 😉
I made a set of these a couple of years ago for my vivaro. Maybe not as pretty as them,Cost very little to make and do the job brilliant. Love your vids guys 👍
darn.....a fabulous product but they dont do them for VivaroB. I'd have bought a set otherwise. I'll keep an eye on them cos if they do them for vivaro's there will be deffo a set in Viv-i-van. Thanks for the video Neil and Emma and keep telling us about great kit like this. Bessy regs-Kenny
Birthday wishes Em. Many thanks for vlog. Those that have experienced the Scottish midges , will know getting in and out of the van invites the little peskies in every time. The screens are then so good they actually keep them in the van with you!!!
What a neat solution and informative vid, Neil and Emma.. As you say, some people CAN make their own but they're likely not last as long and almost certainly won't look as cool. Not a bad price either considering the effort that goes into them.
Just thinking about this over the last couple of days - an decent upgrade would be the ability to add a 12v fan to the vents to force air in or out. Something magnetic that you could just flip over when needed. An easy way to turn a passive vent into active ???
Hi Neil and Emma. Hope you're well. How are the shock absorbers doing. Like today's video. Wow that cutting machine is something else..... Are u coming down to Norfolk this year. Have a good week. Best wishes David and Beverley
Hi Neil, I watched this video ages ago and thought I would order some for my VW T6.1. They said they were going to produce some more, so I waited about eight months later they said they were back in stock, so I looked again and there they were on the website 100€ more than every other model. I contacted them about it and they said look on the website. Probably don’t but do you know if it is a typo on the website?
Hi bud I’m a bit disappointed when I ordered mine off there website it only showed in the order but left or right or a pair. Mine’s arrived today and no bag 😢 I just checked the website to see if I missed anything it now says left or right or a pair plane now it says too a pair fleshy a carry bag for £10 extra. little disappointed because for the price for a pair the bag surly come free? So it dosent come with a bag unless you pay a further £10. Not sure where I can put mine now with out the bag I expected it to come with to protect them 😢😢
Really depends on what your going to be pulling off if mate .it’s kind of like saying is £20 fuel of for a weekekd away . If your just powering lights and the odd usb and things like that you should be fine . Also depends on the battery as well bud . But I would say you should be ok . All you can do is test it and if you find you need more add to the system
Happy Birthday, Merry Emma! Does air get through the screen? Some fly screens I’ve had, no breeze could get through, they were very fine mesh. Gotta be about air circulation hasn’t it?
Great video and I love this idea…..so much so after 6 mins I’d bought a pair then watched the rest of the video. Couple of things, the price, man how do they do it at that price? I’m interested to see the quality but certainly look value for money 👍 The bag was extra for me. They say Do NOT drive with them in. I’m away so won’t see them for another couple of weeks but I’ll come back here with a review when I’ve got them if you like?
As omega is a greek numerical valve in higher case and a letter in lower case I don’t think any one can be happy or not happy . Don't see the need for them when sleeping both vents are running one pulling fresh air other pushing stale out know condensation the back door locks 🔒 was very good idea though 👍
If you are a lazy f…….person like me you would have to leave them in while driving. In fact all the time. Put a sliding vent cover on the inside and they would be stellar. Also do they impact your view much in case you were driving, which I would be. 😂😂.
Devastated mate........so you tease me all the way through the video and then at the end say i cant have them, that is mean lol lol lol.....great looking product though mate

You got Darren interested when they had their own bag ,,,, looks like a quality product,,, 👌
Ohhhhh now if Daren is interested then that’s a big bonus . Hope you guys are good and well
@Urban Vanlife anything with a bag , he likes to organise🤣 , we are very well thank you , love to you both and the 🐶 🐶 🐶 💗

Yer I think it’s a decent price . It must cost 3/4 of that in electric or dsys
Looks great idea Neil and Emma
Thanks for watching buddy
Happy birthday 🎂
Fantastic idea buddy.. I'm getting these😊
Just wondering if you might suggest to MIT that they make a version that will take the outlet hoses for an Ecoflow Wave 2?
They do
It’s only when you see what goes into them , ya realise they are worth the money 👍🏻
If they ever expand the range to include a Renault Master I will buy a set , window shape is not complicated .
Good piece of kit. Unfortunately sold out for my van.
now back in stock 🚐
Happy birthday Emma.
Thanks you ❤️❤️
looking good there Neil.
Cheers buddy
Happy Birthday Emma.
And Neil
Sorry mate, please forgive me. X
The same birthday as me, Happy Birthday 🎂
they don't make any for the VW transporter which I would say is maybe the most popular campervan on the road?
I would have to disagree thetr buddy .
Watch till the end!

Ohhhhh why have you just said that . Why !!!!! Cos I’m now going to have to look in to this
clever idea
Yer there a easy simple way and look smart
They look really smart, my only concern is whether the insurance would be invalidated if thiefs used them as a point of entry?
They would still have to smash the window mate the gap would be to small to get in to
@@UrbanVanlife thanx I guess that makes sence
Wow 😁😁😁Blow away many thank you worked a blinder happy birthday guys from the Pisces hero's😛😛😛

Shame they don’t do them for a VW T6 would have been a nice gift for the hubby
Think it’s cos the window is a strange shape
Thanks for sharing another great review, l wish that l was 48 again hope that you had a good time🎉🎂
Lol cheers buddy . Your the only person who actually figured out that my birthday was on the day the video came out lol . Thank you sir
Look good, how's the security of the van at night?
With Emma in it mate 100% secure she’s sooooo angry if you wake her . But they would have to smash them as they would the window to get in bud
@@UrbanVanlife 🤣🤣🤣
Well at least they won’t rust, unlike my last car lol 😂 enjoy your mission, I’m in Birmingham and that’s the midlands not down south FYI haha 😅
Defo no rusting buddy
Duel round hole vents
Happy Birthday Emma! what happens if a puppy accidentally hits the window button to raise the window?
Windows shouldn't operate without the ignition being on.
No key no open budddy . It stops them from being opened if the keys not in the ignition

not really it's the ohm, abbreviation Ω

From a legal perspective it’s a letter or in this case represents a number . Single digits can’t be protected against use . I mean there are millions of company’s use in the omega name of symbol .
I can see one problem and that’s if you have anti trap windows
Think you would be ok cos you don’t need to go up that hard . Wow that sounds so wrong
work 100% fine with anti trap
Have you got gas drop outs in your van????
Think on total we have 4
Can’t see the point of them.
Ok so head to Scotland in the summer and open your windows . Then you’ll see the point of them .
When you have been eaten alive you will not just see the point you will get the point big time
Perfect solution when you've got a pooch in the van. Keeps the van secure with decent airflow 👍🏻
Already sold out for mk7 transit.....😔
