  • Felt like crap.
    Joint warmup.
    Seated hamstring curls (95) x 13, (105) x 9, 9
    Smith machine squat (3 plates) x 10, 10
    Hip adduction (145 + 2,5) x 12, 12, 13
    Leg extensions (dont know the weight, just memorise the plates) x 11, 9, 10(MAX REPS)
