Come on guys!!! That's the video we want to see...
Love the series though...amazing stuff! You guys are awesome...the crew and the players!
Yes! I want to see if Alex got his caddy bib
hahahahaha!!! i love this comment!
#wdtwitps
Not a big what's in the bag fan but this series is awesome so watched it anyways. We need these 4 on another course!
Love this. No one wants to see a sponsored golfer's WITB
[jack nicholson yes gif]
i saw vaibhav's miura bag in the series and wondered if he had a set of irons in there... big thumbs up they're really that good.
Yes! This series can go on forever, I will keep watching! Thank you!
I'm trying to decide if Chris is doing his impression of EAL or if that's really how he is....lol
They are California twin cousins.
It me
Thought that that whole series 😂
I think he’s trying pretty hard to get hired
These guys really were a perfect group for this series! I would watch something like going through every pga course with these guys! And seeing them getting better
I almost liked this as much as the golf match! These are great I can’t wait for the next one
Love these guys. Great series. Would love for you to pick four females and have them play a tough LPGA course.
Another great idea is to have 3 amateur players and throw in a current pro.
This is exactly what I was hoping for, thanks for reading my mind RGC!
The comment about using a mix of brands until a sponsor pays for clubs resonates among us amateurs. Brand agnostic!
Love this series
The video we all wanted to see. I love it
F****** Beauty! What a great series. I was watching the other night thinking the only thing that could one up this was a players WITB! Excellent work, keep the episodes coming please! This is the other side of the pro tour that needs to be highlighted.
Dude I totally get down with Alex method of I play whats free/cheap/works great job!
Great series, keep 'em coming...and WITB was well done. Like the back and forth among the group.
WITB as good as the entire series. Keep up the great content!
Love these guys. Make more Breaking episodes with them please!
Very well edited and very interesting to hear!
More of these please
Release this before the first part next time!!! ❤️
I love the Odyssey O-Works tank such a good weight and length for a putter
I'm noticing a trend with their drivers....Also love that the two players that are gamers have stuck with the SIM MAX instead of upgrading to the new model. Really such a good club, I don't see mine leaving the bag for years to come.
"Yeah this is a bit of an old one" or "I'm still rocking this driver" and they proceed to pull out a club/driver that was released more 5 years after the newest club in my bag....except for my boy, Alex, who actually has a reasonable set.
great content, i really want to know what they selected in the pro shop though!
Oh wow, thank you for answering the quick request for a WITB hahaha
I don't doubt Ken cracked his driver haha nice vid!
This is my dream. To participate in one of these.
Would be amazing and scary at the same time. I would love to meet others like this.
Same here!
Im looking to score the first exactly double of the golf course on this series baby
Same!
I would love be in one of these too!!
I see that Western Gales headcover. Felt like this was sponsored by TM
I like how all of Alex's bag is used, and how Vaibhav stuck with the m4. Anyone have experience with the truss putter? it looks weird but seems really good value on ebay right now
seriously, i love this chris derr guy. make a youtube contents please sir!!
I relate to Alex the most besides the ball part im not a superstitious person but i am little sticious so I try to stick to 1 ball for the round Pro V1s or Vice pro at the moment
i loved watching this totally cool to see the difference between what all these players use. some of these clubs are super sick!
oh and also when you cut off the butt side of the shaft it doesnt stiffen the shaft, you have to cut the tip side down. and 6.0 is stiff flex.
I admit I’m not a club nerd and don’t really know what I’m talking about with the mods. Just kinda went for it.
@@Steeleyourcanyon i just subscribed to your channel in hopes you start putting out content
@@Steeleyourcanyon It depends if you added weight back to the head to maintain swing weight. If you butt trimmed without adding weight back to the head it will play slightly stiffer. If you added weight to the head to bring swing weight back to where it was it should play to simialr stiffness
Eh, reducing the length of a shaft from either end definitely makes it stiffer. Imagine cutting 90% of the shaft away from the top... You now have a super stiff shaft.
@@EdReed20DB I didn’t add any weight anywhere. Just cut an inch off the butt end.
What did they pick out in the pro shop for the things they won?!
Fun vid. Truss putters r ugly. I always do a double take when inc someone rocking it. But if it works…
The 730s r wicked sexy
I got my tmb's same way, from auction...90$ 3 to pw
Just FYI, Chris the 2 iron is steel :)
Alex and I are 1!
What did the boys get from the proshop????
We all can HEAVILY relate to Alex K.
What did they pick for their prizes ?
6.0 is stiff and to stiffen a club you have to tip cut it, not cut it from the butt end. Cutting it from the butt end makes it more whippy.
$100 for the mizuno irons.
Lol cutting a club down from the butt end really doesn't make it stiffer, at least not enough to make a real difference
Alex should get into some clone clubs, I have a full set that I adore, spent about $700 for a D, 3W, 3H, 5H, 5i-SW single length, Lob W, all new and semi-fit to my specs. For high handicappers it doesn't make a ton of sense to pay for name brands, IMO, when you can get very quality and serviceable clubs for 1/3 of the price. I did take my 5i out of my bag in favor of a hybrid, and out of frustration totally subtracted my 3W in favor of my 3H (consistency issues) and I think i'm going to go single length for my 6i-9i, then standard length for my PW, AW, SW & LW.
Totally agree with high handicappers not having to spend too much money for clubs. I bought all my clubs used from a local golf shop so my entire bag cost just under $650!
I think more people need to open up to this way of thinking. I personally built my entire set, now two sets, to my own specifications and couldn't be more pleased. I've learned in my 30s that far too many golfers are into looking like they own a Ferarri and then buying the Ferrari of clubs, only to shoot the same or worse, or maybe just a tiny bit better, than me on the links. I like having the story to tell people about how I built my sets. I'm a tinkerer... guilty. But in the end it costs me a fraction of what I'd pay for off-the-rack clubs that i'd then have to spend more on to have adjusted to me.
Chris my man - trimming the butt section of the shaft doesn't make it stiffer all that does it make the club shorter... you trim from the tip to increase stiffness.
TY! I'm glad someone else was disturbed by this... I said "that doesn't change your stiffness" out loud both times he said that...
First comment check
anyone gonna tell him that you dont stiffen up a shaft by cutting the handle???
Ken I think is the purest striker and cares the least about his clubs other than he likes the way they feel. Kinda cringey hearing all the talk about bounce angles on wedges... Manufacturers have really conned us into thinking we need a lot of expensive crap to play this game 😭
I feel you're missing something big here. Year over year increase on drivers/woods/irons are so minimal and so heavily advertised. However having the right wedges for your swing and course it probably the most crucial fitting portion of your bag. You may be skilled/adaptive/neutral enough to play every grind and bounce effectively, but most are not. Before I knew anything at all I grabbed a cool looking oil can vokey 10-15 years ago with 4 degrees of bounce and couldn't understand why I dug craters out of the ground and got destroyed when I was the least bit fat....
Today, among a very versatile wedge setup with different grinds and bounces I carry a very wide soled 58 with 14 degrees of bounce around on soft courses, and I the thing is as close to chunkproof as possible. The worst fit club can be hit well, the best fit club and be hit poorly.... that doesn't mean proper bounce/grind won't give you a bit of assistance.
Putter: "cheapest thing I could find at the golf store"
Wrist: Needs a $10,000 whoop
C'MON ALEX. Prioritize homie!
Whoops don't cost 10k.
I think they provided the whoop since all of em has it on.
@@takeabreak-rr5334 Yes, I think the video series said that they were all wearing the whoops as part of the event (to see their heart rates).
I like the video but feel like the music choice was a terrible! I can’t put my finger on what’s wrong with it but it doesn’t work - it’s almost hard to watch 🙉
