Hi Graham, I'm 73, female & husband is 83. He doubled the size of the house, digg8ng downward as we were on a downward slope. Lots of work, 22 years of mostly us as the tradies. We've come to the conclusion that ladder work, painting gyprocking, patching rooves is cheaper in the long run to bet professionals in, than medical bills & disabilities
I’m so happy that you had your children home for Christmas,, I was here alone so I Fed all the people in town who needed a turkey supper,, I felt good doing it & i wasn’t Alone on Christmas,! I really enjoyed your Lives!!
Well, Christmas '24 has been and gone. So much prep and gone so quickly. It was lovely Faith, Braydon and Ben could be with you and Fiona. Loved the video's taken of you all having fun and chatting away. I like shopping on line, it is so easy! A big help when you are not so mobile too. Amazing how you can make a list of jobs that need doing🤣it is never ending when you own property. Take care Graham❤
I really enjoyed watching the lives whether I caught them actually live or watched them later. It's so funny to watch your reactions to the kids. I know it's wonderful to have them all home for Christmas, but one gets used to the calm of not having them around all the time. When they first leave and it's the empty nest thing one gets all sad and it feels empty (duh! that's why they call it empty nest), but after a year or so without them, one gets used to that and then when they come back it's chaos!! I experienced the same thing. Love them to pieces, but it's hard to keep up with their energy. You and Fiona have done a wonderful job raising them. They seem like well adjusted young people and are doing well in life. I know you must be very proud of them. The Christmas dinner was hilarious with the crackers and the confetti! Lady Faith and Braydon (sorry if I spelled that wrong) were just calmly eating their food and Fiona and Ben were having confetti wars. You're just in the middle watching it all. What a wonderful time. The table was lovely and the food all looked amazing. Happy New Year to all of you. I'll be watching for more lives!
We have a fridge from 1998 which has needed a fan replaced; it could be too much current on the particular breaker, especially if your kitchen appliances are in the same one. Get another breaker installed! ❤🇨🇦
Nice post Christmas chat Graham....We do start looking at the house maintenance jobs this time of year & reflect on the year about to finish. January is not my fave month so it's nice to let my fingers go shopping on Amazon to refresh things....& yes what the heck.....no Paypal what's that all about! Time to have a malt...medicinal purposes of course 😉
Hi Graham, hope you had a lovely Christmas & nice that you had all the family come to spend it with you, but it can be quite exhausting having a full house again at the best of times, but when your health is compromised, it can become overwhelming at times, so take things easy for a few days & get some rest. Compile your winter DIY list, but try not to overdo things, frustrating though it may be. God bless & take care. Xx P 💕💞🩷💪
I like that you get a break, butI also like that then Ben will be back. I love having a kid in the house. I treasure that time together, especially if all we do is quietly hang out. He plays computer games and I watch while doing some quiet activity. My heart is an issue and I don’t know how long I have with my family. So far my new medication is helping enough that I was able to have a slightly active, joyful Christmas filled with young nieces laughter visiting with their larger family and including my own immediate family (hubby, son and I) getting to share in the merriment. It was a gift. My heart is full. During your lives you looked like yours was too, especially on the day.
Good morning Graham, Fiona and everyone . My husband and I shop on line allot too. Enjoyed watching and listening while sipping coffee. Glad you were able to have Ben , Lady Faith , and her Fiancée home for Christmas. May God bless you all. ❤️💚🇺🇸
Hi 👋🏻 Graham, I love that the kids came home for Christmas for you and Fiona. It’s important to have them around on these occasions but can be so tiering as I’m sure you know lol. I do a lot of DIY projects and they usually turn out ok and I haven’t made a disaster 😂. ❤❤❤❤
So nice to have family together, so much joy , especially on special occasions … Only problem is its so sad & difficult when they leave 🥹 Christmas is not over yet Graham , we still have all the festivities happening ( plus 12 days of Christmas ) 😊 Pace yourself / slowly whilst having to get in to the maintenance work ! Take care 🙏
I had a similar problem with my fish pond, I called an electrician, and he found it was an overload.he updated my main board . I have not had any problems since . So I would get an electrician first to check it, otherwise you may get the same problems.
I’ve tried Graham to use PayPal on Amazon and they won’t accept it. I live close to shops so I don’t use Amazon as much. Nice to have your children home. We saw our son for Christmas, thankfully. You look well and healthy. Have a good evening. xx
We've got whole housing estates with flat roofs in SW Scotland... i used to live in one!! Having said that, we used to have a really busy High St for shopping - but on-line shopping has killed that off..
Hi Graham, it was so lovely to see your children, Ben, Lady Faith, and her dear fiance Braydon, home for Christmas 🎄 🦃 🌟 It will be wonderful for you and Fiona to have Ben stay longer after this brief trip... ❤❤❤ Sending you loving thoughts and prayers 🙏 Graham, God bless you, Fiona, and your beautiful family. Thank you for sharing your Christmas joy 😁 with us... creating very special moments indeed ✨️ 💖 💕
Sounds like more an electrical problem with the house. Like there's Too much power hitting it at once that it trips the breaker. I would have it checked by electrician?
I’m inclined to agree with your theory Louise, they either need to upgrade the electrical panel in the house, or moisture could be seeping into the hot tub breaker box due to splashing, condensation, rain, etc. When the breaker trips, it is doing its job of keeping you safe from the dangerous mixture of moisture and electricity.⚡️ Whatever the cause, it’s best to have it checked out by an electrician, if it’s a plug fault it will continue to trip with a new jacuzzi.
@@TLouise1959I agree with you. When I had a hot tub in my other house, it had its own dedicated breaker because it ran on 220, not the usual 110. Graham should get an electrician to evaluate the problem. 🇺🇸❤️🇬🇧
I prefer to shop in person every time . Keep that human interaction going and not let myself get isolated . I don’t need lots of choice and I prefer not to give my money to narcissistic billionaires . I’d rather give it to the shopkeeper on the high street or corner store.
Hi Graham. I would like to suggest a large humidifier that draws the moisture out of a room. I live in a one-bedroom flat and I use it when drying out clothes on the dryer horse. I also move it around the flat to the living room, bedroom, when needed etc, it makes my flat feel much warmer. Happy New Year to you and the family.
Hey Graham 👋🏻 funnily enough, there have been a few houses gone up around my way with flat roofs🤷♀️ an it's a little bit rural, and therefore, the weather is a little more in ya face, when it rains it rains, because it's more open to the elements, and for the life of me I can't understand why? Hope you're ok today ✨️
Hi Graham just had to have a new flat roof on my flats will send you a product that you can paint on. I bought some but with my poor eyesight, I couldn’t do it so I just had a new roof.
If you have got somewhere to store the Jacuzzi, you could keep the rest of the bits as spare parts. I know your old one I think punched obviously you have to have the same. Make an idea.
Graham, you can transfer from PayPal to your bank account; also I think you can get a Visa card that deducts from your PayPal. Maybe that would work? ♥️🎄
Amazon UK takes paypal! It could be that you aren't already a paypal user, so your identity isn't recognised. I often order from Amazon, and pay with paypal, no problems, and should something go wrong, you can get your money back more easily - especially if the seller turns out to be a scammer. With e-bay, you have to check where to item really is, the re-seller might be local, but the item is coming from Korea or China, etc. - - - Flat roof sealant - there's a rubberised paint you can get - over here - I haven't looked into it, as I don't have a flattie, so can't say what it costs or whether it can be obtained in Spain. - - -
@@hamshackleton I can’t get Amazon to accept PayPal in the UK - do you have an Amazon Business acc hamshakleton? Or can you tell me what I’m doing wrong?🤷♀️🤔💭

Post Christmas house inspection. I agree we buy a lot online. No parking fees. No hassle. 🌷
It’s lovely that Ben and Lady Faith came back home for Christmas. Thank you for all of the lives. x
I’m so glad you had the whole family for Christmas. I knew it was going to be a great one. Rest Graham. Just make the list.
