Love the size of the lemons you grow! Here's a recipe for using those beauties. 4 eggs, 1 whole lemon (without seeds--rind and everything else though, trust me) 1/2 c melted butter, 1 1/4 c sugar and a splash of vanilla. Put all in the blender and puree it up. Pour into a graham cracker crust and bake for 45 minutes at 350 F or about 175 C. Delicious!
