Zach ,first training equipment I had one Christmas was a bull worker I was 13 that would have been 1983 they were fairly new thing ,good to see you working around the negative with the options as longs as you can get some sort of a pump it is going to help your head ,just for now its all about you ,I hear you when you talk of taking care of others ,you can't do that fucked up ,stay strong brother ,peace 💪

Hey man just got my knee surgery to to repair my meniscus wondering a few things best way to prevent infection and blood clots as well as how to shower
Full repair = crutches for 6 weeks usually. I ordered one of those sit down chairs for the shower on amazon. Blood Clot was freak accident they said, UNLUCKY. Compression stockings and elevate. I went to PT the day after surgery. Lots of water, I stayed active on crutches and did lots of chins and dips until off crutches. After crutches, ride the bike and rebuild!

YES! I am excited to do simple things like walking pain free, some steady state easy cardio to pump the heart!

Was it the clot on the leg that was operated on ?
No, I had the full meniscus repair, the clot was a rare side effect, I got unlucky! The clot in my opinion made the recovery much harder :(
