how we can move the dome-image up and down? in different angles i get a wide black strap between my ground and dome image

i need to know your 'Environment' settings - mine looks different to this - i have no blue sky just a grey backdrop and I suspect its my Environment settings

under environment, background, click the texture slot and choose sky:)
