Have you seperated glass and frame using editable poly and selecting individual faces or something else. cause my complete window becomes glass after adding material.

It all depends on your project. For instance, V-ray displacement takes a lot of ram, on the other hand, the light mixer consumes a lot in Corona renderer! So it all depends on what you're aiming for! In my opinion, you should learn both engines and just choose one based on your project. These days I feel a bit more comfortable with V-ray but there were times that I wouldn't even touch it :D.

This is what I was wondering. And after adding Edit Poly, do I have to select both faces of the glass and add them to a selection?

Then select the glasses and detach them from the frame
