    That was a fun review, and, it's great to hear that the IP is stout enough for a shower of all things lol. Best part is that I got these a few days ago for $140 and with a firmware update they addressed the issues with ANC and the way you can customize button inputs.

    • @gearupaaron

      Thanks for sharing... So what made you choose the 75T over the 85? Price alone or other criteria too?

    • @zerodono
      @zerodono 3 года назад +1

      @@gearupaaron Price was definitely a factor (the cobalt ones were roughly $30 cheaper than the black ones at best buy), and a lot of it was various reviews I'd seen prior to yours that sang it praises. On another note, the package I have doesn't have Alexa on the packaging, though it mentions the ANC support requires the Sound+ app and firmware update to enable.

      @gearupaaron  4 года назад

      Hey Chaz, thanks for dropping in and your comments. It's no small potatoes that Jabra is giving their older models ANC. However, I will add that since the 75t doesn't have a dedicated ANC chip, the Qualcomm chip set will be working overtime and NC quality might be okay, but not great (at least it exists now, right?). On top of that, battery life will suffer some as well.

    Been looking at a few pairs of buds for a couple days now and have come down to the Jabra elite active 75t or the sennheiser momentum true wireless 2, I’ll be working out in them but also want to sit down and enjoy a movie or some chill music so I feel like I would enjoy the sound a lot more in the momentum’s but feel they may be too big to workout with. Hey there Ro Han, it's true that the 75T can pair with multiple devices, but multipoint switching only works with two devices at a time. If you want to connect to a third device, for example, you'll have to disconnect from one of the two devices first. That's so 2020!

    • @RoHan-83

      Hey Hani, I heard about it too, although it could be from a bunch of reasons, such as early adopters, a production batch, or that possibly all of them are affected (just a matter of when). It's good if you're under warranty, otherwise one has to take that risk. During my time with it, I had zero problems, for what it's worth.

I am a bass head but only occasionally go for runs and haven’t started gym yet. If you have tested the AirPods out, what would you recommend? Hi, if you can swing it, get both and try them out. Among the main things, NC on the APPs are better, while sound quality on the Jabras are better. And the Jabras have much higher dust/water resistance rating, which goes along way if you use it often for working out (and cleaning it after).

    I ordered this and still waiting for my buds to arrive. I was really torn between these and the airpods pro. Since I don't really use ANC a lot and i find the ambient sound more useful (for safety) while running, with its bass and IP rating, I opted to get the jabra over airpods pro. Hopefully I won't regret it.
