Thank you for this video & my first hearing of Dan Price. This week is my last at work! I’am 65 & retiring! This video is just what I need at this time in my life. I have a art studio, but this journaling will help me adjust to retirement! Thank you

Absolutely love this series!! Probably my favourite videos in the whole of RUclips. Love books, love sketchbooks, and love Danny introducing books I'd never have known about otherwise.

I love this look at journals! I’ve been so sporadic in my own journals and art. Always busy with many and varied things I wish I had been more diligent about all the wonderful places I’ve been, people I’ve met, and just so interesting! When I was interviewed for my job in college publishing, this person asked me why I get up in the morning. (Oh good question, eh?). “Because I will likely learn something new that day. The thought of that possibility launches me up & out to explore what that might be!” I’ve just been discovering all these great videos from your sketch group - so inspiring! I’ve started creating hand created, drawn, written, & painted - and sold some here in Marfa, TX! It’s a start but wow huh? Just up & doing it! Well thanks! Cheers!

Very inspiring. Some great artists are overwhelming, while some are very inspiring. This artist is of the second type.

I went to high school with Dan Price, he's a very interesting person. If you google him, you may find local newspaper articles about him. In fact, I think I actually watched a video on him and his lifestyle but don't remember where I ran across it. His sister and wife (ex?) were in my classes and friends of mine. I still live in Oregon and have found copies of his zines and book at my public library! Lucky me!

I think I first discovered Dan Price through you, Danny...you may have mentioned him in one of your own books or perhaps your blog. I bought some of Dan's eBooks and also his book - The Moonlight Chronicles. Love them all and, yes, he very inspiring.

I stumbled upon The Moonlight Chronicals in a shoe shop in New York 20 odd years ago. It was a moment of inspiration to me to start drawing. I'd forgotten all about this untill till last week when I bought some beautiful ink pens on ebay. Thanks

Thanks for the review Danny! Dan's zines are all sold out, bummer! You can only get them a e-zines... I'd love to have some of the physical zines, something different about being able to hold it in your hands...

Please don't stop bugging him Danny. I only managed to buy his last MC (77) and would love to read through all of them. He has such an amazing perception and attitude towards the life and world.
      Thank you.

I feel so sad that I only know about this in 2023. I just bought the book, but there is no continuity in the stories. Really wish there is ebook for all the other 76 old issues of the moonlight chronicle 😢 (issue 77 have ebook and I have bought it too)
