Models, gameplay, and music. It just is a dream come true for us Battlestar fans. As for worse moment I’ve had was fourth mission in and learning the hard way the Cyclons enjoy ramming your ships and taking it out all the way. Will mean even more on Tuesday with the new veteran system. Can’t wait!
Just found your channel today, been playing since day one also. Subbed and thank you for the videos and the work you put into them sir.

Ricardo's Gaming I know you said let’s keep it clean and we are all friends here, but when you said season two. I really said no fraking way! That was awesome news.
I’m a huge Star Wars fan also, ROTJ was my second movie ever at age four, and turning 40 in a few weeks. I have a 36 year long collection of Vader and others. I’ve always loved the ships and those scenes. Huge collection of ships and books on the ships. Books all from the Lucas era I should say.
I got into Battlestar at the end of season 2. I was hooked. I collected the DVD’s first then got the box set Blu-ray from your side of the world. Some reason much better deal. I watch it every year. Also because I was late I ended up getting my Galactica and Pegasus die cast later cause couldn’t find them. They sit next to my Star Wars Micro Machine collection. Those are even harder to find now!
I did check out more of your videos yesterday great work again. I’m really looking forward to tomorrow end of season 1.

It is always a good idea to engage Cylons at long range and force their raiders to come to you without capital support, however Cylons are kinda known for their Ambush tactics and this is where the Adamant, Minotaur, Berserk, Manticore and especially the Ranger ALWAYS fall short. The lack of Atlas love is annoying however for anyone who prefers fast mobile fleets, the Atlas, Janus, and Jupiter are indeed very poor choices for your load out, as you are sacrificing the advantage of speed in order to keep it within support range, however those 3 ships pound for pound are able to bring their weapons and tools to bear "while" taking heavy fire and having the ability to shrug it off instead of going "Oh Gods, Oh Gods, we're all going to die!" For those who know they are going to have zero elbow room for maneuvering, especially if you are doing Rescue, Escort, or Hold the Line missions, those three with perhaps the Heracles are your best options, though I see the Heracles more as a mid-tech/mid-game heavy support for say a fleet of Adamants and Berserks, especially if you don't have access to Battlestar support for the fleet, however at the end of the day, its point value is much higher than its output, with so many other vessels bringing "its" level of firepower and armor to the mission with more options of missiles and strike craft, which makes it a liability instead of an asset in the End Game, as when facing 25+ raider wings, every extra viper you bring to the table means more of a chance of surviving the capital shootout later. I originally disliked the Minerva for its inability to take incoming fire, as its greatest weakness is its lack of armor, as even the Artemis has better ordinance stopping power on almost every side as well as a better flak field. I found out the trick for using the Minerva in front line tactics is to give the Cylons something more tempting to shoot at, aka a Jupiter or an Atlas, which almost always overrides the aggro its missile output usually garners. As an unmolested Minerva is an absolute nightmare of torpedo spitting, burning death in a firefight, however once targeted it has to withdraw fast or die.

The problem with the fracking Gorgon... You see more than 2 strike craft boil out of it and you think at long range, its a basestar, so you send all your torpedoes at it, only to hit nothing. 4 months of facing these little frackers, and I have yet to land a single torpedo salvo on one of them.. Nuked them to all Heck and back and more than a few times had to chase them down to shoot them the good old fashion way, but they are VERY maneuverable for a multi-strike-craft platform.

janus goes way back to pre Colonial Fleet establishment; they were used for territorial conflicts among the colonies; old design, missile reload rate slower than its newer counterpart; slow propulsion...I've been pairing it with jupiter battlestars since they have nearly the same speed; berzerk is useless...adamant is much better; minerva is my favorite battlestar...artemis is second; jupiter is too damned slow! atlas is almost useless...sometimes I have off mission fun with it; in skirmishes I ram stations to destroy them...in game play I have rammed daidalaus with an atlas when I knew I was gonna lose; one time I rammed an atlas into the slow moving cylon carrier (not cerberus...the small one)...the armor held up good against gun fire!
