Deze ga ik morgen proberen! Ik deed altijd de hele doek uit om te voeden 🤦🏻♀️! Ben benieuwd of het mij gaat lukken!! Bedankt voor al je filmpjes, ze zijn super duidelijk!!
I think this will be my favorite position when baby is born!! AS I will be nursing him. My first born I got really into baby wearing but not until she was already about 4 months old, so i am really excited to experiment with a wrap with my newborn due june 20 :) Thanks for your super clear, beautiful and versatile video selection!
He's gorgeous! Is it possible to do these carries with stretch wraps? In Scotland we get a stretch wrap in our baby boxes and it would be great to have more carries to use without investing in more wraps x
Ali Y so cool that you get one in your babybox! For a stretchy you'd need multiple layers over your child's back, so the layer shpuld be spread out. I believe i have a tutorial on the fwcc with a stretchy on my channel 👍
Wrapyouinlove fab, thanks! And yes we're very lucky. I'll share your videos in the appropriate places as they're so easy to follow and the subtitles are invaluable.
I understand that this may be an old video. What I notice though is you don't put the excess wrap under baby's bottom under their bum and belly. Isn't it required for support?
ideally in the end of the carry the part from knee to knee (excess fabric + bottom rail) would be tight. If you start with pulling up excess fabric towards their belly button you have to make sure you tighten enough to remove the slack. Otherwise the loose fabric will cause the baby to end up lower as the slack won't stay where it was tucked up. Hope it makes sense :) if the knees are higher than the bum and the wrap is tight from knee to knee it will be hard for them to straighten the legs and pop the seat. I often start by pulling up some fabric between us (mainly to get the hips to rotate & baby in the right 'squat' position), but always make sure to tighten properly and end up with no slack there anymore.
Slipping your arm through to loosen - genius! Love it!

Was this wrap a size 4?
I'm pretty sure this would be a size 6, for a FWCC you want your base size.
