Hey! Basically around a month before LFW, I just searched on fashionworkie as well as on google for internships and this one with Creativeth came up. I think I sent them a CV, cover letter and the role I wanted (I did front of house), and they immediately accepted me. So they're an easy choice and good to just get some experience to build your CV. You could probably just message them on ig end of august/beginning of september and they will likely add you to the list. I did get an interview with another small PR agency based in London but the founder was quite rude and entitled (especially considering its unpaid work). I don't want to put you off but if you want an internship with any major brands, it's going to be pretty difficult tbh, unless you have industry connections. I don't know anyone (even with experience) who has been successful when reaching out and sent CV/Cover letter/Portfolio etc. I do know someone who was able to assist BImini during LFW, but she was lucky as she worked on the STRAT. magazine (Bimini was the cover) so again connections.
