    I am pretty new to wire weaving. You explained everything and this is one of the best videos I've came across as a newbie! :) thank you very much for teaching and posting your videos. I got them all on the first try because you showed so well how the patterns are done. Thanks again!

    Great videos and very helpful! Was wondering if you keep the smaller gauge wire on the spool? And if so how do you do it without the whole spool becoming unwrapped? Or do you just cut a really long piece? Thanks✌️

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  8 лет назад +1

      thank you, I leave it on the spool, if the spool doesnt have a little slit cut into it I just cut one myself and secure the wire from unwinding that way

    I enjoy watching your tutorials, you should really do some more like this one just in each video step it up a wire and maybe go all the way up to 6 wires cause I've watched quite a few tutorials on different variations of weaves and no one has gone above 3 yet.. It be cool to see some videos like that... idk just an idea for you. Either way I can't wait to see your next new video.. I've been waiting for ever to see some new videos but no one has put any up.

      and I have this one(this is an old channel, I no longer post wire wrapping videos on there) that is 6 wires: ruclips.net/video/6JISf6KeoEY/видео.html

    I have this horrible habit of biting my nails, so is there anything you would recommend to make it easier on those who have the same issue?

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  3 года назад

      Sorry I'm not sure as I haven't experienced it myself, but I think you should be able to do the wire weaving even with short nails. Sometimes I cut my nails real short and I find I can still do the wire wrapping.

    Do you have any tutorials that show how you finish off the bracelet? Also how long do you cut your wire when you begin the bracelet? Love your videos.

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  7 лет назад

      Thank you, this is not supposed to be a bracelet, I am just demonstrating different weaving patterns. I actually most of the time end up making pendants, I rarely make bracelets. But you could just bend it into the right shape and curl the ends and it would be a bangle.

      You can add glue on end cones or make your own by making a spiral cone out of a coiled wire. See spiral cone wire so

    First of all, thank you forma the vida :) but i was wondering, would I be able to do this patterns with a 24 gauge wire? because that's all the store near me has, I hope you can answer, thanks :)

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  7 лет назад

    Do you use dead soft for both wires or half hard for the larger wires and dead soft for the wrapping wires ?

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  7 лет назад

      Terry Wilson All of my wire is always dead soft. I never use half hard.

    Hi, I have been trying this for a longer time to get it right than what I think should be normal. How do you keep the base wires from bending under each other while wrapping? It's driving me insane

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  7 лет назад +1

      If your base wires are bending you may be pulling the weaving wire too hard, try just gently bending it into place. Also make sure your base wires are at least 20 gauge, if you are finding them too floppy, try 18 gauge. And try a thinner weaving wire like 28, that should help.

    what kind of wire do you use in this video? it seems so easy ...

    • @OxanaCrafts
      @OxanaCrafts  8 лет назад

      It is raw copper, round, dead-soft. I got it from Monsterslayer.
