I'd check those rubber washers in a few months and see if the heat is affecting them. If they are silicone, they will tolerate a lot of heat, but rubber not so much. Another options would be to machine some aluminum spacers, that's cheap and easy. How is the lighting going down the road?? Thanks!

I'll have to double check the packaging for the rubber hose washers. I'm not sure if it is silicone or not. That is a pretty good idea about machining some aluminum spacers. I'll definitely keep that in mind if in the future if these wear out or something. Thanks!
They are very bright yet perfectly aimed due to the projector lens. If there was a way to post a picture I would show you, it's literally a perfect cut off line; Night and day difference from halogen bulbs

Hello, what is the orange plastic thing you put the 3 washers on, did that come with the lee lights?

Yes, those came with the LED bulbs. Those are actually anodized aluminum collars that lock the bulb into place

I can’t remember 100% but I’m pretty sure it was a #921 LED bulb from Amazon

Great idea. Thanks for sharing. How long long did it take for you to remove the bumper?

😁 thanks man! Removing the front bumper takes me about 10-15 minutes because my car is soo low it takes me forever jacking it up, but after that it's easy just a bunch of 10mm, 8mm for the plastics (engine splash shields) and the plastic pop rivets

bro, that rubber is NOT high temp, the rubber is going to melt ; good idea Wrong material ; example you couldn't use aluminum foil to replace a rubber condom...

They've been doing great for a while now. Zero issues I think because these led bulbs don't really get hot. They have built in fans that keep them cool.
