My son is 6 ft. 6 inches and 310 lbs. He was a OT and got a full ride scholorship to Oklahoma coming out of high school. He is grown now, and his playing days came to an end due to injuries, but in his playing days, his strength and size were off the charts. I used to run pass rushing drills against him and he would easily manhandle me and lift me off my feet. His length made it extremely hard to get around him on either side. Most people have no clue just how strong and technically sound these guys are at the NFL level.
