def fun to watch! when i was still a club pro in my early 20’s straight out of college i always played mizuno growing up and up until i became a club pro i was still using my MP32’s from 2004 because i loved them so much LOL. in 2011 when the new line of taylormade irons came out i already had the r9 supertri and loved it and ended up getting the MC’s and loved them too. i liked the MB’s but not as much as the MP32’s i originally had and i was looking for something a little more forgiving so i went with the MC’s and had that extra layer of forgiveness while still being able to shape whatever shot i wanted. a year later i finally got my stripes and was able to get on staff with Nike and rode that out until they got out of the club industry which sucked because of all the new stuff i would get from them every year. Nike took care of me practically as good as they did the guys out on tour. i still have my MC’s laying around and after watching this video i think im gonna bust them out and see what’s what!
I just replaced my R1 420 Tour van driver 2 years ago. It’s still got the distance, but the forgiveness is nothing like today. I still pack it as a backup on golf trips away from home 😂
Couldn’t track down a Lethal from 2013… that’s why the driver is “unfit” for today and slims so much for me. The driver was designed with that ball in mind to optimize both and the TM ball has changed 3-4 times since 2013, to pair along with the advances and changes in their drivers
What clubs were you using in 2013?
Great video, Andrew!
X hot driver, Nike pro combo irons.
Nice!
Nice walk down memory lane. Looks like you may be working out, you look svelte in the video. Whatever you are doing it's working!
Thanks Frankie!
This ^^^ He ain't wrong!
It's cool seeing these retro clubs in the bag. Nostalgic for sure!

Thanks
I had that driver for a while, I didn’t get along with it very well.
That putter is sweet… where’d you get it?? 😂😂
Swiped it from my roommate… he couldn’t make a damn thing with it 😂
I still use 2008 taylormade r7’s lol
I hope you used a 2013 ball!
