When I was breastfeeding, a nurse told me that a great way to get your partner involved (as they obviously can’t do much) is make it his “job” to get me a glass of water every time I did a feeding. Kept me hydrated and gave my husband a small part of the enormous responsibility that is breastfeeding. But it looks like you’re doing amazing!

I know you're vegan but one of my favorite "meals" breastfeeding was my family's tomato salad with crackers and cream cheese. I would make a big bowl of the tomato salad when I had time and just eat it as I wanted.
Just cherry tomatoes sliced in half. Olive oil, parsley, oregano, glaric, salt and pepper. that's it, mix to taste. If anyone trys it, I hope you enjoy, and it brings you filling and blessings ❤️
I love this!! I was watching your old videos at the liberty apartment and you made the boxed squash soup with rice and warmed it up in your rice cooker with sriracha!! Soo yummy
I managed to only drink coffee a handful of times while pregnant but I've pretty much had it every day since the baby has been out of me. I just can't function on this baby's sleep schedule without caffeine! But I was told to just monitor her reaction to my milk when I drink caffeine, and she sleeps the same whether I have it or not 🤷🏻♀️

Love this! Was rewatching some of your older videos while I put together my grocery list, and I thought you might enjoy one of my favorite fall recipes (though it's kind of year round too)- the Healing Bowls from Pinch of Yum! They're vegetarian, but I think you could omit the egg and be good for vegan if I recall correctly, though of course double check. They are so nourishing and easy if you take the shortcuts suggested. Not sure if it's weird to give you a recipe recommendation, but think you'd really like them.

This is random, but if you need anything to amp up your milk, try fenugreek supplements- they made me into a tiny human cow. My favorite part (besides the fact that it made breastfeeding possible 😅) was that it made my sweat, particularly my armpits, smell exactly like a maple bar- didn't even need deodorant because the maple scent would just get stronger. Helpful for those days when you just don't have time to shower.. 🍁🧡
Never heard of that brand but Tout Cuit means “all cooked” and is pronounced too-ku-ee.

I didn’t know it either haha I haven’t seen that one in the grocery stores here in Texas yet. I’ve been using the Chobani brand lately. So thank you! 😆 by the way you’re doing great as a new mom!

You should be careful what you eat when you are breastfeeding. When you drink coffee just before you breastfeed, your baby is drinking coffee too. Thanks for your wonderful videos.
