President Marcos used the civilize approach to emphasize the need to maintain the integrity between two countries. but he also emphasized that Filipinos people shouldn’t be bullied by Chinese rough action. china should remain neutral and not to emphasize that they are powerful than Philippines . They should follow the rolling of the international law.

ASEAN must make a feasible Resolution to the UN that this geopolitical, geoeconomic and geographical issues, is a matter that the whole world must decide. to nullify the SCS's ownership, management, and control based on the arbitral ruling, it must be binded and legally accepted by all Nations. the outcome of these pronouncements will setlle once and for all, all issues of the present. the oppressions would expand to other nations and if these happens, the purpose of ASEAN is meaningless, in reality, china is permanently owning vast covers of the SCS with its hidden agenda of food and financial security in the guise of sovereignty claims.
