- It might have been one of the hardest choices of all times and there is a reason for that. You might be in the same dilemma I was a while back and I will tell you why I chose the Mac I chose and why that size makes a huge difference.

I heard that 14” model has some fan noise more than 16” and heat and slightly less performance and like these problems are you having them or na (also i think imma buy philips 4k 144hz momentum 279m1rv its 163ppi unlike studio display 218ppi but i need the 120hz+ for some gaming as well as its awesome modern style whats yall thoughts about my choice?)
Hey there, I didn’t test the 16” long enough to know if it’s slightly more powerful BUT I only heard (if you pay close attention that is) the fans once in the last 3 months. So fan noise isn’t a problem at all. That’s a fine monitor imo 😉 take care
Great video! thank you. Did it take some time for you to get used to the smaller MBP? I've been using a 15inc MBP that's 9 years old. I just got the 14in MBP and it definitely feels smaller. I think whether I keep it will rest on the portability factor. I just wonder if you got used to the smaller size after having been used to the 16in? thanks again. all the best Cris!
Hey there! As a matter of fact, I almost right away got used to 14 inch!
I was a little worried at first (I used 13 inch Mac’s and it’s small) but with the smaller bezels design it makes it pretty large for its size. Definitely a great decision and every time I travel I am glad I took it 😉 take care!
@@cris_photography Thanks Cris! Maybe I'll give the 14in more time and treat it as my portability MacBook Pro. It certainly will be useful when I travel to Europe for work, going on trains, etc. A part of me would be tempted to look at the MacBook Air 15in; it is lighter than my current 15in MBP, but it still is probably too big, as I've discovered, for traveling. The 15-16in sizes tend to be a little too big for portability. So I'll likely keep the 14 MBP and maybe get the 16MBP. that would leave me with 3 MBPs....
perfect combo for me 14 MacBook Pro m3 for work school traveling and at home a Mac Studio with a studio display perfect combo
Yep - that’s an awesome combo indeed!
Really wish it was 15. Not 15.3, just a regular 15” with thin bezels (unlike the current 15” air with slightly thicker bezels). That would be perfect.
I hear ya 🤷🏻 let’s see if that changes in the future
Hi Cris--did you ever try the 13 or 15in MacBook Airs? Any thoughts on those? thanks again!!
I have - the 13 is great but it depends on what your planning on using it for. I do photo and video editing on the go and that’s a tad too small for me. But can be great for pretty much anything else and the battery is amazing for the size!
@@cris_photography thanks again! Best! Don
Yes that is the correct thing
👍🏼
NO NO!! 16” M3 Max chip and I travel with it and with my M4 13” iPad Pro
Well that’s your choice 👌🏼 not mine. I like to see the different opinions on this 😉 take care
90% of people who have a Max chip do not do work that requires a max chips
100% agree with your conclusion!
Glad to hear!
