changing resolution down to 540p might help. that might be your unit though. the stuttering audio is often a performance issue or the game is borked. try a different game, if it still happens. your machine isn't powerful enough unfortunately. if your using android install the custom drivers for your phone. for an example if I'm using a snapdragon i would use mesa turnip drivers.
