    Thank you! This definitely solved an issue we had at my church.

    Hello Sir. There's 1 step I believe you missed. When you enable "Original sound for musicians" in the audio settings, you still have to go back to the main Zoom meeting page and click on the button in the top left that says the "Original sound for musicians: off" and toggle it to "On". At least, that's how it works for me.
    Edit: I looked at my church settings and did a quick test. I do have the Zoom audio set to Low as well as my default. So it seems that if I don't enable the Original Sound on my meeting, the Low (or high or whatever the Zoom audio your have selected) is what it reverts back to. To be honest, listening to the settings back to back, the Low setting does a good job, but the Original Sound seems to at a bit more of the high frequencies back into the audio for the viewers/listeners.

      Yes this is correct. Original Sound in the audio settings just enables a toggle button on the main Zoom window that you then need to turn on and off

      I came in this morning to make the same comment as above. I wish I could remember how we learned this, but my guess was through trial and error. What’s annoying is that you need to remember to turn original sound on in the main Zoom window for each session. If this isn’t done, the music won’t come through to Zoom participants.

    I had the same issue . But i adjusted a different setting. I will may have to verify it and update this post. But I pretty sure it was a background noise setting.

    the way to send audio is in the Share screen. In that screen you should be selecting the program playing the sound or 2nd camera and bring audio in with a Audio interface. Bu the Share Sound is key! and you MUST MUTE the mic! Not with Zoom but a external switch like the one on a SM58. I use USB-PTZ cameras, OBS and a Audiobox to interface all of it! But Zoom routes ALL the audio to One point to do its echo cancelation, The Mic mute kills all audio from everything. If you have a open mic and music playback on the call it kets messed up. I have many systems like this in university classrooms.

    My church uses zoom, but Ive found that facebook and youtube are both better for music etc. My solution was to use Restream to push the service to zoom as well as FB and YT. But in looking at restream, it seems they just push the zoom audio to the other platforms instead of all the platforms getting a direct feed from the mixer? Is that right? Defeats the purpose of solving the audio problem it seems?

    How to share the music from the computer to zoom participants without sharing computer sound. Will focusrite be able to solve the issue

    • @AJaytheCEO
      @AJaytheCEO  9 месяцев назад

      If you are sending all audio from a mixer through the focusrite and that is you mic input for zoom then they will not hear computer audio

      @AJaytheCEO how to share the backround music so that we can play a track and also use the mic for worship. At church the music is coming to speaker and able to sing. For zoom participants what's the best way to send the audio as well as hear the worshippers

    What settings do you use when you are recording a live church service in church via zoom. When we do it the music comes across very distored and unrecognizable.

    • @AJaytheCEO
      @AJaytheCEO  10 месяцев назад

      Change noise cancellation from auto to low or switch it to original sound for musicians

    Hello, I'm old and fairly stupid and when you went "over to my settings" at around:37, Where did you go to get to that screen? Is there a way you could make a rudimentary video of elderly and compromised minds like mine who need the very most basic steps shown slowly and in clear view?

      my settings in our church zoom meeting although the quality is not that good but our live can hear the audience. here is our setting, set the audio in original sound then check the high fidelity and stereo sound, uncheck the noise cancellation and click ok. on the meeting window you will see a word original sound in off on the upper left side of the window you need to turn it on so zoom will not reprocess the sound.
