Nits and Ansilümen is different things 100" will be extremely bright with Optoma UHD35 I've brought it to office we are using when lights are on. I was using Optoma UHD35 at dark room setup 135" image size Pleased with results

Why does everyone point their projector touching the ceiling?
The center of the screen need to be at eye level.
Don't get me wrong... I can imagine a projection filling a wall touching both floor and ceiling, but having the projection like this in the video does not make the screen bigger. You just have to awkwardly look up at it.

it is not about my choice it is an obligation of my furnature 😊and you can do align easier if you dont have furnature and put your UST to ground level or you can use long throw or you can have Lens shifting projector like I showed in ruclips.net/video/RVB6Y3Cg2uA/видео.htmlsi=Am0ZKuBuH-3hjxqE video one more thing ruclips.net/video/8eWtUAFL4js/видео.htmlsi=skWwu2lxd613EzMS video shows if you have a UST projector and want to have big picture this shows how high you might have to go

@@homecinematech Also is it possible to mount the a short throw projector to the ceiling? I mean of course it's possible to do, but for me I would sacrifice furniture over a bigger screen any day, I mean it would give a more immersive feel to the content.
Another thing if the projector gets really bright, it would be best to get a black projector screen instead of gray, bringing the black levels down even more.

01 - Epson LS300 dont have Ceiling mount but yes there are ceiling mountable ust projectors
02- You can choose furnature if you are living single or dont care about your wife 😎
03- You have to make everyone happy this is not a man cave setup I am living in a flat
