Brother, God bless you richly for this incredible service. I have lost everything, my original name was changed, I lost my language, etc but not my blood. I am so glad that today every sister and brother is identified as 'Rwandan'. Today was the first day I took courage to start learning my mother's language-Kinyarwanda. I visited my country, Rwanda this December 2019 after 20 years, I could not hold tears of joy, one Immigration Officer at Kigali International Airport held my Foreign Passport and found a different Citizenship in it and he quickly greeted me 'Muraho' I was lost. He went into saying 'Uvuyehe'? I just said Brisbane. The Officer knew that I was one of them though I could not speak the language. I have decided to learn my language and I believe one day I will be able to speak. Luckly my mother and my father speaks Kinyarwanda. Please prepare more lessons for learners like me . Murakoze.
Good luck it's very beautifull language !!
ooh that is a very heartwarming story. Your rwandan identity is your and will always be. Take advantage of your father and mother kinyarwanda, ask them a lot. It is not easy to hear, but it is 1000% worth it.
Once my gym business takes off, I will focus on the language course again!
Thank you or these helpful videos. I'm taking my first trip to Rwanda next month.
Fantastic I have been waiting for someone who teach Kinyarwanda clearly

Thank you so much for the lesson Sir
I had two patients today who only spoke Kinyarwanda. I was definitely taken aback by this and felt scared that they were not being adequately cared for. I totally appreciate your teachings on the culture. Very helpful lesson!
This is brilliant, thank you for these videos. I'm currently looking into Rwandan literature, and whilst the particular texts I'm reading are in French, the author references Kinyarwanda phrases enough to make me want to learn at least some of this beautiful language as well.
Ah, I’ve been looking for Rwandan literature and haven’t found much! Would you be willing to share links or resources you’ve found so far? Thank you!
thank you so much for teaching kinyarwanda. i've tried so many times to learn it but it was really hard since we didn't have such ressources. your lessons are erfect for beginners like me (even tough my whole family seacks kinyarwanda. i'll finally be able to understand when they talk lol

I am a Tanzanian I am very interest in learning kinyarwanda may I have your e-mail please
"Yesu akuzwe" must be said "Yes'akuzwe" without pronouncing the letter "u".
There is another greeting in kinyarwanda: "amashyo" and you respond "amashyongore." This one is mostly used by the old people and means to wish you a lot of cows(riches).
Yes, thats true. And thank you, I totally forgot about amashyo

Hey Teo is it possible to give a lesson on how to communicate/ talk with your grandmother? I know It's a bit strange to ask but It's quite embarassing to not be able to talk to someone in your own mother language. Ps: greetings from Belgium Theo

Thank you for your slow pronunciation, very helpful. Any phrases for going to a restaurant?
aah yes, there are so many. That would to be a whole new video
Or, a good response to the kids who say 'gimme money', lol!
wow thank you...
Great
For which country is used Kinyarwanda language?
RWANDA
When it comes to greetings it doesn't matter who you are what country you come from would it be black or white the only thing that matters is you're older in my case 60 years old older so when I go to the Philippines or someplace in Southeast Asia Thailand etc the younger people grab my hand and pull it to their heads and they bow at the same time in doing this is sign of respect for older people and if I encounter somebody older than myself I will do the same for them but apparently enroll Wanda you don't have that custom where you take the older person's hand put it to your forehead and bow
What about when you are not fine what is the response?
You can say( ndarwaye ) meaning am sick or say (ntago meze neza ) meaning am not okayyy or am not feeling well
Great content!!!
thank you !
Awesome! Also, now I am inspired to change my smoke detector’s batteries
My parents are sponsoring an eight-year-old girl from Rwanda and I'd like to be able to learn how to communicate with her through letters. Do you have any advice on how to proceed with learning this language? I can't find any solid or reliable resources to learn this
Working on it, kinyarwanda.com
Thanks Thanks alot
you are welcome
Thank you so much for this lesson !! it's very helpfull. can you tell me what's the song in the end ? Thank you again !!
Yeah, you are welcome. The song at the is also on my youtube channel

Rwandans just moved into my neighborhood. The mother, or grandmother, walks the block, and does not speak English. I gave her a card and asked how to say a few greetings in her language. I did not know her nationality, and I was thrilled when she brought the card back to me with the answers. She is an older woman, older than me, I am 77. Is it respectful or acceptable to refer to her as "mama" when I respond to her? Thank you so much for offering this video. I enjoy trying to speak with others in their language.
How hard would it be to move to Rwanda, only speaking English. could you survive and start a business?
yes you can.
Inshuti means a lover
You can say inshuti yange meaning my love
Daniel Ssemaganda nahh inshuti means Freind bro
Inshuti means (casual) friend 😀
I do I say am not fine ?
"meze ntabi" (the t is silent)
