If the MAJORITY of a city or towns citizens refuse to pay their council tax until the issue is resolved, then the otharitarion Council that's attempting to enforce it's own agenda on it's citizens is FCUKED and there's nothing they can do about it, exept capitulate to the will of its citizens, if they fine you, refuse to pay it, they can't arrest everybody? If Sadiq Khan has air conditioning fitted to his own property in Wandsworth, then it means he only cares about the children until his roof mounted AC units are exposed and he is caught out. AC units emit lots of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, especially when providing luxurious temperatures, 365 days of the year. I will need to pay an additional £1100 per year to enter and work in London from Ulez charges, but to quote Mr Khan's tweet from February 14th - "London's diversity is our heart and soul - everyone is welcome here."

Proven to be caused by toxic air which when all said and done was caused because I was born in city with coal fires everywhere in the poorer two up and two down regions of the city. I have since breathed many years of more and more toxins because I had a lowly paid job, 3 children to bring up alone, we eat well from the real food shops, had good shoes warm coats and a comfy bed, a mum that adored but sensible to ensure they understood they were no better than and no one was better than then. I live adjacent to the M25 in Essex, 50 years ago when I lived in East Ham east London, that was the border between London and Essex, but particularly since the mayor of London was created the amount of infrastructure under it's control has increased massively, but the amount of investment on it's upkeep has fallen far behind, an example is the repair and maintenance of the road system. Final comment, I can't get over the way it seems to be an irritation to him to have to feign interest in the job he has to carry out.

If Sadiq Khan has air conditioning fitted to his own property in Wandsworth, then it means he only cares about the children until his roof mounted AC units are exposed and he is caught out. AC units emit lots of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, especially when providing luxurious temperatures, 365 days of the year. I will need to pay an additional £1100 per year to enter and work in London from Ulez charges, but to quote Mr Khan's tweet from February 14th - "London's diversity is our heart and soul - everyone is welcome here."
