They always get worse with age!.. I grew up in a narcissistic family system. My so-called dad is a sociopathic narcissist conman, and has also been alcoholic my entire life. He’s 73 now, and he’s worse than ever!.. I don’t have any contact with him now, and haven’t for the last 4 years, but my sister does and she often vents to me about how bad he is. The supply dries up, they’re not the younger person they were and supply gets very hard to get for them, and they get left facing themselves and they can’t stand it. Every narcissist I’ve ever known has only got worse and worse as they’ve got older. And you’re right about it falling on us. None of the abuse is our fault, but it is unfortunately our responsibility to heal ourselves from it.

Yes and I was in a really good comfortable financial place until met the narcissists - tenants and the ex with his ex. It’s okay! I smartened up! They will get their payment soon! God will be the judge. Soldier up!
So true im 35 and they were knocking on 50. I ask them why were they with me and do they love me. Narc reply was i love how you take care of me. i love what you do. I was so dumb it went over my head. Now they calling me blocked and from spoof numbers. Also begging me to come back. I refused
