Good morning Dr Ludwig! Thank you, this is a march in the honour of Ludwig Andreas Khevenhüller. According to Wikipedia Ludwing Andreas Khevenhüller was Count of Aichelberg-Frankenburg (30 November 1683 - 26 January 1744), was an Austrian field-marshal who came of a noble family that was originally from Franconia and had settled in Carinthia. He served first under the Prince Eugene of Savoye and later in the War of the Austrian Succession. Very interesting biography. Have a nice Sunday ❤️❤️❤️🎼🎵🎶🎺🥁🎺🥁🎺🥁
Ludwig Andreas von Khevenhüller was one of the greatest military geniuses of his time.

@@keshavrao212 Well, he managed to beat a much bigger Ottoman army at the battle of Radujevac, but due the death of Eugene of Savoy and the incompetence of other Austrian generals the 1739 Austro-Ottoman War was lost. Eugene of Savoy himself said he was the best Austrian general. When Frederick the Great invaded Silesia, half of Europe wanted to partition Austria (you heard it right): en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treaty_of_Nymphenburg
France, Bavaria and Saxony together invaded Austria with Prussia with around 60K men, but Khevenhüller (only getting ill-trained 20K Hungarian troops instead of the promised 60K) still managed to stop the enemy advance at St. Pölten, and quickly pushed them back in the winter of 1741-42. He managed to force 10K French troops to surrender in Linz! He later conquered most of Bavaria and captured Munich, while his counterpart Otto von Traun beat the Spanish & Neapolitan troops in North Italy, capturing Modena and forcing Sardinia to switch sides. The cowardly Bavarian elector, Charles VII, meanwhile hid in Frankfurt as incompetent HRE emperor rather than be captured by Austrian troops.
I find it sad that most people only know Austria's defeats in WW1 and make cheap excuses like "COULDN'T BEAT TINY SERBIA!!!" (although most forces were busy against Russia and later Italy too), but completely forgot Austria's heroic resistance against half of Europe alone in 1741.
