Outfit 3 for all 18 launch characters are now available in #StreetFighter6.
Reminder that Outfit 3 for the Year 1 characters (Rashid, A.K.I., Ed, and Akuma) will come out when Akuma is released next year.
Unlike Outfit 2, Outfit 3 is only available for purchase and cannot be unlocked via World Tour, hence the price difference.

So costume 2 for everyone is 50 coins or 1 dollar. Its also earnable in game. But costume 3 is 300 coins or 6 dollars and you CANNOT earn them OR buy them with Drive Tickets?!? Thats absolutely wild

I had taken a little break from SF6, but when I saw the announcement for these costumes, I really considered getting back into it to check some of them out.
But these prices are ridiculous. I'm not buying any of it and I'm going to stay off the game until something changes.
Edit: Reading through some of the comments on this video, some of you really need to have more self-worth. Just because you "don't have to buy all of them" doesn't make the price any less egregious. Respect yourselves and your wallets, please. Capcom doesn't care about you as much as you cope for them.

Crazy thing is that the character pass is $30, and the ultimate pass is $50, and the ultimate pass includes **both** outfit 2 and 3 for all four dlc characters, along with 2 stages and some extra drive tickets. So by that pricing logic at the very most each costume should be around $2~3 and some change

I was cheering for Capcom so much lately. They have been on a massive streak of awesomeness with their games. And I was really excited for these new costumes...but those prices are completely and utterly insane. Like others have pointed out, it's more than the entire Year 1 Ultimate Pass. This hurts, because I really love this game. 😔
Same here. Exactly the same. And I thought I would just buy Zangief's outfit and wait for the inevitable costume bundle no matter how long that took. But you can't buy the fighter coins in the exact amount for a costume. So no matter what I want to buy, I am donating money to Capcom that's just sitting there in the form of unusable "Fighter Coins".

I understand the idea of just buying for your main and letting that be it but its incredibly sad that it costs so much to get costumes for the whole cast. Capcom, listen to me. The game is amazing, it deserves all the praise it has gotten over the year and I hope it continues to get supported for years to come, but 108$ for 18 costumes is one of the greediest marketing practices I've seen in a while.
This is not a F2P game in which you can pull this bullcrap, it's a full priced game. I REALLY hope the developers have a talk with the higher-ups who make these decisions to beat some sense into them, because this is simply unacceptable.

I know these things tend to be predatory, but this is too much 😅 I'm not paying 6€ for a costume, especially when they make you buy two as minimum.

Assuming you have 0 fight coins and buy the MINIMUM amount of coins possible to start buying costumes, that means two orders of 5$ just so you can have enough for a 300FC skin. Packages come in sets of 250FC meaning your minimum purchase is 500FC... Not even enough to buy two skins, which cost 600FC.
And yes, this is deliberate. They WANT you to spend even more money.
How does Bandai Namco afford to keep Tekken outfits and customizations free, but these other studios charge so much? Now I know that the metrics say that people only ever play with very few of the characters in a game. But it is still fun to be able to choose different outfits for characters. It is nice to see them wearing something else when you play through a single-player mode. Ugh. Welp, there goes my excitement.

@@Liberteen666 Between 10-11 months. This game is slower with everything than SFV so expect a longer wait than that. When the bundle came out it was 29.99 and they dropped the price of individual costumes from 3.99 each to 2.99 each, btw, which I also would not expect anytime soon for SF6.

The outfits themselves are pretty good, and i might be willing to pay for some of them, the Juri, Cammy, Kimberly, Lily and Chun-Li outfits in particular, but the fact that you have to engage in the in-game currency that they clearly set up in a way similar to Microsoft points back in the 360 days means I'm going to pass, or at least wait for some sort of bundle option, which if that doesnt happen means I wont ever be paying any money for these, regardless of how good some are. I pretty much bought all the outfits/stages from SF5 but these are just insane, Free-To-Play pricing on a full price game, when I already bought the so called "Ultimate Edition" which doesnt include any of these?

So. *one outfit 3 = 300 fighter coins* and the cheapest pack you can buy is *250 fighter coin at $5* which isn't enough. If you want to buy 1 outfit then you must buy at least *610 fighter coins at $12* which you can spend for two outfit 3 and one new challenger loading scene. Oh well. I guess i just used outfit 1 and 2 for my Kim and Lily :/

I already paid for the costumes and characters for the season pass, so I'm not paying any more money for costumes. The omission of the price for these was already suspicious, and I don't even care whether there was a bundle price. If I can't earn them through drive tickets, they're not worth it.

The most constant and consistently cool thing we got in SFV were costumes, i never thought of all the things SF6 could lack it would be costumes.
Most of these cosmetics are alright, my favorites being Juri and Ken, I was only gonna get those two, but Capcom somehow screwed it up by making these cosmetics cost as much as a whole dlc fighter for just one, let alone $100 for all of them?
Feels like I paid $105 at launch for a F2P starter pack. This cash shop nonsense is a complete nightmare.
The worst part is the premium currency. I just want 1 outfit but I have to spend double just to get it. At that point might as well make a bundle to sell all of them together I'd rather pay 40-60USD(2-3USD each) for all of these together than being forced to pay double for wanting one.
