This is a goofy ranking list. Blankachan is not popular. People are furious that this is Blanka's C3. How on Earth this ranked higher than things like Manon, Lily, and Kimberly's outfits is crazy to me.
Kim and Manon should definitely be higher on the list given the logic on display in the video. Its weird that Kim's outfit and Manon fit the characters personalities but that somehow gets treated as a negative because Velociraptor doesn't fully get or enjoy those aspects of the character. Then Guile gets put lower because his costume doesn't fit the character in his eyes but Zangief gets a high placement because it also doesn't fit the character. Nothing against the guy but it might have made more since to do a poll and then make a video discussing the rankings from it and generally go over the different aspects of each costume and the dev's though process about each one, adding in editor opinions throughout. At least then we get multiple perspectives and not just a single opinion.

I really dislike the baggy clothes in his other outfits and I’ve been praying for a more form fitting one. I like how he actually looks stylish here because that’s what a Ken outfit should portray. I mean, I enjoy his current story arc where he’s down on his luck, but I like how this outfit calls back to his roots as a wealthy playboy.

I really hope we see Chun-li's SFV *battle costume* sometime down the line, because it would look fantastic on the new engine. People seem to think she'll have the most costumes but I'm not so sure... who's to say they won't stick to one costume per character per season, or that they'll even do as much, considering how long these took to come out.
It took way less than 12 months, game came out in June. Also, if they stick to 4 characters and one costume per year for all of then if the gane lasts the same 6 years that SF4 and SF5 did, we would end up with 7 outfits for 32 characters, or 224 costumes. Which believe it or not would only be 2 less than SF5's 226. Only difference being Chun wouldn't hog 18 outfits while half the cast got stuck with 3 or 4. Imo we should be more concerned with pricing.
I dont know why everyone likes Zangiefs new suit so much. In SF5 the suit/business attire costumes was sooo overdone to the point were half the cast had costumes like Zangiefs. When Capcom doesn't know what costume to give a character they just slap a business attire to them. It's like their default placeholder option and it's so boring.
