It's a bit of a stretch but I guess you could just assume that in the process of heating the axe head the handle caught fire and burned away since it was made of wood?
@@burnin8able More likely that heating the metal made it brittle and unusable. Although they probably could have gotten one more use out of it before it would fully break
@xuaryxth the axe depicted in the game is a fireman's axe. Those are usually heat treated. While that would only slow heat damage. Unless they they got that sucker glowing. It should have been fine for normal use.
@@renmcmanus i guess we could also factor in how the family is using the axe. how long does an axe last if not used for intended purposes? atp, i'll just claim game logic lol

Hey Seanie! I'd recommend Graveyard Keeper for a game to 100%- I actually finished the story, and that's saying something because I never complete anything ever. It's a Stardew Valley-like, but it's WAY more forgiving than Stardew Valley, if also lacking in some tutorials. It's also pretty funny. I would suggest getting the DLCs, too, since they're pretty cheap and add a LOT of actually really fun additional stuff to do.
I would love to see you try TUNIC next! It’s a cute little Zelda-like game where you play as a fox. It has some cool lore, great visuals, and puzzles that will make you think!

@@SeanieDew There probably won't ever be achievements, but some characters skill trees give you some goals to do, like the character you used has to play a beefalo horn, hold a lot of songs at one time, and kill the two main final bosses, the ancient fuelweaver and celestial champion
If you press a heated price of metal against a wound it can help to seal it up and also kill some of the germs that it may be infected with and you have to through the axe away because you melted the head when you heated it up
@@bigchooch4434I agree, it's unlikely the head was melted. I think it may have been possible that, if it was a poorly made axe, the head and the handle could've been connected with some sort of adhesive or glue. That definitely could've melted during the heating process, and perhaps that's why the axe breaks?
@@FlowerSerpent most if not all axes are made in a way that the wood part is inserted into the metal very tightly even if the glue was gone it's not like it would fall apart (although it would be VERY likely) it was probably just balancing
@@confusedjello7292 Which is true. That's why I specified a "poorly made" one, because it would have to be poorly made if it were to use adhesive. I'm just brainstorming possible explanations. Maybe whatever was used to heat the axe weakened the integrity of the wooden handle? Chances are, it's most likely just game logic. But it's still fun to try and think of explanations.
For those asking, they cauterized Timmy's hand. They used heat to scar the wound closed. The Yes Man achievement is a reference to Fallout: New Vegas (rather fitting and my favorite). Now 100% 60 Parsecs.

I genuinely didn’t realize he was doing an ad.
I zoned out, thinking he was still talking about the axe.
I looked back at the screen to see a watch in a tree.
10/10 narrator voice
Something you should do in the background is 100% of Binding of Isaac: Repentance, otherwise known as “Dead God”. It is one of the craziest achievements I have recently found, and I have also beaten Celeste 100% :). It’ll take forever, but I bet it’ll be a crazy video.
so true
at 7:20, the heated axe blade meant they cauterized the wound - this is when you use a very hot piece of (usually) metal to burn the wound, closing the open skin and stopping the bleeding. it's a very extreme way to stop bleeding in an emergency situation
I'm holding my subscription hostage until Seanie can go an entire video without saying "irregardless"
i know it's a grammatically incorrect word but life is more fun when you say it
12:00 neccececsity
cannot BELIEVE I only finished the celeste video like two days ago and you are already back at it with another. I will be preaching the truths of this channel from the rooftops
Snapping out of insanity by receiving a cat is the most realistic moment in the game.
This brings back memories of watching Jacksepticeye play this almost a decade ago... good times. Is it weird to say that its nostalgic? Great video as always, Seanie! (Also, day 3 of asking for a Risk Of Rain Retuns video)
i had a dream that you 110%ed a ducktales game, that was. definitely something
I love these videos, you just put them in the background and they dont distract you much, but STILL are very enjoyable and funny. keep up the good work!
ever since the completionist incident happened, I was looking for some content like this. I think this is even better
great video
Man what a throwback, I used to watch 60 seconds content quite a lot when I was younger, don't remember which channels but prolly the most popular one. Pretty cool to be reminded of this game and I'm only 2 mins into the video.
What about 100%ing 60 Parsecs? Same company and SPAAAAAAAAAAAACE
Murder drones reference? 🤨
It’s such a good game! Sean is would love the communist donkey
brother how are you churning these out so fast you are a MACHINE
You should 100% night in the woods! The game itself is definitely more story-based rather than skill-based but 100%ing it is a fun challenge
33:18 what was that “ I “
I would love to see you try TUNIC next! It’s a cute little Zelda-like game where you play as a fox. It has some cool lore, great visuals, and puzzles that will make you think!
You should try to 100% forager, I did it casually, in about 60 hours, so it’s not something horrible, and it’s a fun crafting and building exploration game, that has some fun exploitable mechanics that make some of the achievement slogs super fun instead
Too much waiting around after like 20 hours at a casual pace
2:10 you only need to give them water every 4 days and food every 5 days to keep them alive and healthy.
you can give them food and water every five days
If you don't understand what that ment they heated the axe blade to a few hundred degrees with a fire and put it on the wound making the axe unusable but helping Timmy 7:22
ALLRIGHT SINCE IM EARLY TO THIS VIDEO, SHAUN you HAVE to play rain world, not even 100% just PLAY IT, it is a special masterpiece that no game has come close to mimicking its feeling, it has a beautiful world with environmental story telling, and its so hard that it will basically make you feel worthless in the ecosystem the game offers you but trust me, its worth it.
As a person who played the hell outta that game when it came out, I'm just happy to see so many people talking about it.
Def would love to see him complete the heck outta it (more so for the other slugcats that didn't exist when i played)
@@DibsAtraiyu brother i so understand what you mean, I'm a big fan of markiplier so when he made a video about it back in 2017? i think, i don't remember, anyways i got the game for myself and to this day I'm still in love with it, granted i don't play it as much as i used to when i first did or when the dlc came out cuz like i 100%'it but i still get on from time to time to play with my friends or brother.
@@lightning4743 ya I checked yesterday when I got home from work... I still had it installed. Last played 2017. I really should play it again, there's a reason I have it, so magnet this is a sign, lol.
THISSS!!
[I never have words for it, but the game is just, beatifull
sean you gave me the idea that 100% games would be fun. i want you to know i hate it, im gonna keep doing it
1:00:30 the w.h.a.t. achievement
i spat my water oml
knew i wasnt the only one that heard that
Love that seanie will cover any game even if its a couple years old❤️
100% Balatro. Once you succeed, you will probably keep playing anyway. It's nice like that
Yeah, it just... doesn't have tons of achievements or things to exaggerate for humour, really.
He's already (almost) 100%'d Balatro on his community tab that he said he did on his own for fun and not for a video
7:30 ok I'm a bit late but I can explain Timmy said he cut his arm on rusty wire giving Tetens they used the axe to scrape out the rusty metal saving him and idk why they can't use the axe again
Sean’s you have to 100% 60 Parsecs next. Wait until you see the KFC in that game
This has been one of my favourite games to watch people play, i watched all jay’s videos
A hot axe cauterises the wound, basically burns it closed. The heat deforms the axe so it’s rendered unusable. Similar to how a light saber works
the fact that I was watching 2 different videos before this and they both were sponsored by holzkern is crazy
100 percent binding of Isaac starting from a fresh save. Gotta see it 😆
A few game suggestions:
Dredge (I have 100% and it’s not bad)
Slay the Princess (Haven’t got 100% yet but it’s a good game)
Outer Wilds (you’ve probably already played, but it’s a fun 100%)
Balatro (might be a bit difficult)
Minecraft (there are some really fun achievements most people don’t know about)
Funny how you didn't have to make Ted look tired since that's already in the game. Btw great video.
THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS UDSGFJ this is one of my hyperfixations and I needed more content of it AND THE HOUR LONG VIDEO (as usual) IS JUST PERFECT
You may have survived 100 days in Dont Starve Together, but you did not kill the final bosses or really any of the easiest to avoid ones.
get them to add achievements and we'll talk
@@SeanieDew There probably won't ever be achievements, but some characters skill trees give you some goals to do, like the character you used has to play a beefalo horn, hold a lot of songs at one time, and kill the two main final bosses, the ancient fuelweaver and celestial champion
@@SeanieDew Console edition has anchievments 😊
YOUR NAME IM SO DEAD UR ACCOUNT IS SURRONDED ON INSITING SEANIE PLAY DST😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
@@Kiwi_Crafts_ I also got Matpat to say "We should play Don't Starve Together" exactly 2 weeks before he retired during a live stream
14:28 proved to me my sense of humour is beyond repair as i genuinely laughed at seanie's line and Doloreses death
I cannot wait for when you decide to 100% Factorio + Space Age DLC, especially as all achievements can technically be gotten in a single playthrough.
chill, that'll take him his entire life.
"THE FACTORY MUST GROW"

Why'd it take you an hour if it's only 60 seconds?
thats the seanie dew difference baybee
@@ariesgacutan1494 did you just hide a wolfe glick reference?
@@danielgranados2703 ;)
omg I haven't thought about 60 seconds in YEARS I remember watching videos of gloom playing a while ago
If you press a heated price of metal against a wound it can help to seal it up and also kill some of the germs that it may be infected with and you have to through the axe away because you melted the head when you heated it up
The head is steel. You're not melting it without an arc furnace.
@FlowerSerpent yk what that's fair my b
For those asking, they cauterized Timmy's hand. They used heat to scar the wound closed. The Yes Man achievement is a reference to Fallout: New Vegas (rather fitting and my favorite).
Now 100% 60 Parsecs.
2-1-6 achievement is likely a nod to fo3 for the water purifier
The one for surviving 111 days is also a reference to fo4
Hope you 100% 60 Parsecs next!
it would be awesome to watch you 100% slime rancher 2. therm made a couple videos on it but just stopped so ive never actually seen someone complete it and i dont want to search up what the rest of the slimes look like. it would be really cool to see a full slime rancher 2 playthrough from you but its up to you ofc! youre awesome seanie!!! ^^
isn't the game not done yet?
It’s not finished yet
The game is in early access. Neither is it actually done nor can you get any achievements in it
This game has been around for almost a decade and I had no idea you could play as Dolores

don't think he'd play a game he can't show on yt (or at least assume he can't only read rhe book)
@@confusedjello7292 there are play throughs of the game on RUclips.
@@confusedjello7292 you can totally show it on yt, I've seen other people (YMS Plays in particular) play it and it's on Steam. Thing is, I don't really know what a "100%" would entail considering the structure of the game - and playing the correct run multiple times just to have one character survive each time doesn't seem like a worthwhile 100%.
Wait there's a game about the book?????
@@MilaWht there is, it's an old point-and-click style game. Frustrating to get through without the prior knowledge + walkthrough but I think the creepy old style matches the context of the story pretty well :)

Seanie, the briefcases are a gift. Papa Nurgle loves you.
Thank goodness this channel is more on the family friendly side, or else you'd have to go for Slay the Princess 100% and that's hell.
30:11 You don't need to do that you literally gave Water to the mutants Means that you don't need to use the axe!!!!!!!!
I'm so shocked at how fast you are releasing these videos. you're really on that grind
You should do 100% Terraria.😊
