Hi thanks for the comment! If you’re talking about the big flat plastic sheet (the light diffuser), it’s made to slide out of the frame. There is adhesive but as long as you’ve removed all the parts physically blocking it, you should be able to use slight pressure to detach it from the adhesive. I would avoid using alcohol or heat. Well I tried to watch but at the 2.45 minute mark I had to give up! Someone sitting there looking only half interested and chewing on gum doesn't make for either enjoyable or overly informative viewing.

@@surefixtech I'm the kind of person that prefers the whole video because you get a better understanding of the techs knowledge and have more time to appreciate the knowledge that's being shared. I just found it hard to get into something when there didn't seem to be a lot of enthusiasm:( Now I've found you, I'll give your videos a good try though 👍👍👍👍

How do you get the plastic light piece off the bottom? It looks like you just pulled it off with force but it feels like it'll break if i do that
