I can relate to the gratitude of walking. I sprained a muscle in my foot while training a few years ago, and couldn't walk for a few days without pain. There are worse things that can happen, but it really made me appreciate walking.

I broke my wrist badly which put me off training for months and I was so depressed. But I also remembered it could’ve been worse, I was still able to walk and teach. At least I didn’t break a leg 😂 Hope you heal quickly

I grew up in South London (don't live there now) I highly recommend you walk by Surrey quays, there is a riverside view that is great.
Also Surrey docks farm, not too far from Surrey Quays is right by the river Thames and has some awesome views of boats, buildings and statues of anchors and cannons

you ever wonder your ab injury is a result of doing all those kettlebell swings? that exercise in the volume u perform puts a lot of force and stress on your core and groin. theres a reason why crossfit community has the highest incidence of reported injuries.

I had hernia repair surgery as well. Unfortunately I’ve never felt as strong as before. I’m afraid to do a workouts because I’m scared it will rip again. I had my surgery Feb 2020 right before pandemic

Hoping for a speedy recovery for you, Obi! Thank you for sharing and being vulnerable about how you're feeling. I injured my back lifting a year ago and wasn't able to do anything but light walking for about 10 months; It was really disappointing and difficult for me but focusing on the fact that I still had some mobility really helped lol.
