Grading Washington's Incoming Transfer Portal and Recruiting Classes | Washington Huskies Podcast

Coach Jedd Fisch and the Washington Huskies have had a lot of work to do to rebuild the roster following its decimation from the transfer portal due to Kalen DeBoer's departure for Alabama, NFL Draft, and national championship loss to Michigan. The Huskies turned to the 2024 class to bring in players like Demond Williams, Jordan Washington, Adam Mohammed, Justin Hylkema, and Rahshawn Clark from the high school ranks while Cameron Broussard, Jayden Wayne, D'Angalo Titialii, DeShawn Lynch, Enokk Vimahi, Keleki Latu, and more found their way to Montlake through the transfer portal. Locked On Huskies hosts Roman Tomashoff and Lars Hanson go through Fisch's recruiting and transfer portal classes and assign them grades, while also going through which newcomers to the roster are worth closely monitoring after they enroll in UW's LEAP program.

How do you give all these B plus grades? Recruiting class didnt break top 40. Transfer portal grade must factor in who left. More quality left than came in.
Still left with gaping holes on oline.

I do not rate this class. More I am rating the players the other teams lost. Michigan lost a load. OSU lost a load. Oregon lost a load. It might be someone like Iowa might win. Run down the list. These hyper nozzle predictions that I have heard for years. Myself I spend very little time at predicting when I do predict. Big Ten was over here hyped always. I think it is going to be a tossup as I am not going to spend a lot of time on this. I picked the last 5 Pac 12 Champions. It is too much time to break down the many teams in the Big Ten. We got time at the here so beginning of the year, in the first 4 games to prepare the team all in all. Rutgers though could win the whole thing. If I were paid enough, I could write all the articles and do the work of the three guys here and probably predict with a rate about 90 percent of the time. But I do not get paid to do this. The Huskies will be fun to watch as I am not sold on the greatness of the Big Ten really.
