    Thanks for the awesome content.
    Q: How do we judge if we are oversharing our challenges (or) complaining more than needed? In many organizations discussing challenges is labeled negatively as whining!

    What information (conflicts, challenges) should one share with your leader/sponsor without risking being labeled as incapable (unable to handle your job).
