Literally just followed the step-by-step instructions for our channel and set up the in-feed ads. Watched, learned, applied. Can't thank you enough, Aleric!!
Not only is this great content, but your scripting and delivery should be studied by everyone who wants to succeed in this space. Brilliantly executed video!
Thanks for the comment! It really depends on what your goal is. If you're looking to promote a video, then keep that video public and run it as an in-feed ad to get more viewers, and have people "naturally" discover it on RUclips. If you're trying to get people to take action (purchase a product or service, or sign up for a training which gets them into your funnel), then you'll be better off running an in-stream ad, which you should leave as an unlisted video on your channel. I wouldn't say either is better per say, it really just depends on what you're trying to do. Either way, keep the videos that you're looking to run as in-stream ads as unlisted on your channel!
I was getting thousands of views. Then I hired a guy from upwork to run ads and all of a sudden I'm down to 20 views on most of my videos. I regret hiring that guy. Not only did he use my actual videos, he also showed my videos to people in Pakistan, India and Brazil. Be careful with people you hire.
Fantastic stuff. I used a RUclips ad on 2 of my videos and they performed terribly as far as engagement in comparison to the rest of my videos. So I stopped using them altogether.
Thanks for leaving a comment! Generally, we recommend running ads on unlisted videos so that it doesn't affect your channel's overall watch time, and impact channel performance. Hope this helps!
Glad you liked the video! And yeah, to be honest it can be hard to make videos for Google Ads since they're always changing things up haha. I do have a video on setting up In-Feed ads that could come in handy with that though!
NGL a lot of yall will lose growth because all these ads are crazy…and when a 30second or longer ad pops up, I just turn the video off and move on…greed is going to destroy this platform 💯

Thanks for your video, but which is better: running a Google ad on an unlisted video or using a feed ad?

I’d recommend watching my In Feed Ads guide video to make sure they’re being setup the right way
@@AlericHeckYT yup I actually ended up watching that one right after I saw this video and followed the steps. Thanks bro!
Should you run the ads on a unlisted video or a public video

Aleric, thanks for clearing this up! 🙏
Its better to run adds out side you tube such Quora and reddit and discord
Love this. Just wish they would stop changing the setup process for in-feed ads lol.
