So why chose Video Views rather than RUclips engagement? Trying to find videos on the difference and how to set up the RUclips Engagement subtype and can't find anything
Amazing video. What I think is that promoting videos worldwide can be an amazing way to scale and grow your lojal audience base. Even if your ”density” of really lojal subs are weaker, its still the amount of lojal subs you have that counts. Waiting for YT to promote ypur videos can take forever, while promoting your videos to your target audience is the way to go and make you grow fast.
Very insightful...I have a question, Can we run google ads on already monetized videos or should we turn off monetization before setting up google ads?
Hi Neil, I wanna ask what is the difference between we put keywords in the audience segment and the content part? Which one works better if we want to increase subscribers?
Your explanation was very clear. I've been doing in feed ads to get subscribers for over a year, and yet you gave me valuable insight! And now my question: I've seen that there is a new option in google ads, the last one that is focused on subscribers. I've tried, but it's a bit difficult to understand. You have to paste a link and then a landing site... Is this option interesting to get subscribers over the in feed option? Can you make a tutorial to explain it? Thanks in advance!
This is very helpful. I'm just afraid it will mess up the algorithm afterward. (Viewers might just silubscribe without thinking much and/or abandon the channel after watching just a bit of the content). Should I not worry about it if I followed your guidance?
Thanks for the video. My channel is about a month old and I've used some promo services, namely Sprizzy and Veefly - which I believe use Google Ads. I was blown away by the rise in view count and subscribers, but after searching around I found that there's a lot of negativity surrounding "promotion" in general. Working in advertising myself, it just seemed like a no-brainer. I spent about $250 total and I'm sitting at 1.2k subs and 14k views. I've read some Reddit posts where people are like, "Sprizzy destroyed my channel!" or "it's all bots". I'd hate to think either of those things are true. I'm finishing up a very small Google Ads campaign to see how it compares to Sprizzy and Veefly, but I'm going to go organic for awhile. Do you think I've done any damage or should I just be happy my campaigns went well and continue to create content as best I can? I care deeply about my channel and only want what's best for it. I'd hate to think I screwed the algorithm or something like that. thanks again.
@@desireefoxmusic I've grown my channel in just over a month to 3.2k subs and 25k views.. All in all I've spent a few hundred. I've learned a lot from the campaigns about viewership, geographies and view time. The last of these is the one that gets bruised in advertising. Because Google doesn't let you (or Sprizzy) pick ONLY in-feed ads (instead of in-stream, aka, skip after 5 seconds) you get a lot of low view times, which can make your videos seem less engaging than they may be. But, I've learned that the US viewers tend to watch much longer, so I've targeted my recent campaigns more towards the US. All in all it's been a good experience. It's made my videos better because learning about view time has pushed me to keep my videos super engaging from start to finish, no dull moments because people will click away without batting an eye. I'm going to go organic now for a while because I need to get 4k view hours before I can monetize. Ads don't count towards advertising. If I could say the best thing I got out of it was the education, secondly a base of subscribers I will need as I move forward organically. Hope that helps!
hey i have question, when i want to test 3 videos in youtube ads what does the 3 videos should have different hooks only or different footage and voice and everything? or just the hook so, what the different should be in the 3 videos, wish you answer, Thank you.
It's up to you, what you really want to test, if it's among 3 thumbnails that you wanna know which one performs better, you gotta use 3 ads with 3 different thumbnails, and if it's the title of the ad that you are running, you gotta use different titles, The inbuilt AB testing features on Google and Fb ads doesn't let you compare other metrics well enough, so you might better run 3-5 different ads with a smaller overall budget, than spending a lot too much on one single ad
You go back to grinding and work on your next video. Rinse. Repeat. 😊 You can also apply with RUclips to see if you can get monetized. Only do so If you have 4000 watch hours and 1K subscribers in the past 12 months. Your RUclips analytics will tell you that. Best of luck. 😊

we have found the new 'video views' objective to be better than the subscribers one
Nice video, thank you!

I did this when I had 200 subscribers now I have 1k and stop the promotion what should I do?

Good video. I heard you tube don't like duplicates . what is your thought?
as long as its your own video and its unlisted should be no problem
@@linxdigital Thanks much
I tried paying for YT ads under the promotions ad. And didn't know it was a monthly (subscription) fee! I can't choose individual videos to promote.
Once you setup a campaign it's a monthly FEE!!! Like a subscription fee.
Pretty sure that is not how it works
