When I moved to my 55 acre property I knew I needed a tractor after trying to maintain my gravel road and property with a side by side for nearly 2 years. It worked but it was a serious struggle.
When I spoke to literally all my neighbors who have tractors what they thought were the most important attachments and capabilities were they varied a lot based on what each property owner wanted to accomplish.
The one item EVERYONE mentioned was their regret at not getting a cab. NOBODY owned a tractor with a cab. Our weather runs from -20C in the dead of winter to 45C in the hottest days of the summer.
I'm now the only property owner with a cab, heater, AC and Bluetooth radio. It increased the price of the tractor but the last 6 months have been absolutely brilliant. I park it in the garage and never feel the outside weather unless I need to change implements and even then it's just for the briefest amount of time then I jump back in that warm or AC controlled cab.

Beautiful view from your home. Enjoyed the video and I totally agree on the Kioti tractor. I’ve had a CK3510se for nearly two years now and have been amazed with hat I can do with it. I went with the open station model and a canopy. But I live in eastern North Carolina where the temps usually don’t get too cold. I think you made the right choice for your climate. I have a few videos using the CK3510 on my channel. Looking forward to more videos and I subscribed.

Great video! I have a Kubota B2650 with cab. For most, a tractor is a lifetime investment. So, if it is possible to go all in, as it were, and if the climate is harsh (either heat or cold), highly recommend a cab. Please enjoy your journey! And, Happy New Year 🎉🎉🎉🎉

I love my kioti 2610 with cab. Well worth it for the comfort winter and summer. I've only got 26 hours on it . Most of that plowing snow. Only problem I've had is the rear window wiper motor mechanism froze up ! Called the dealer and they want about $300.00 for one. I fixed it myself . The main shaft was froze in the bearing. I pressed it out and found there wasn't a lick of lubrication there ! I clezned out the bearing and lapped it 😅
