Once again an awesome and informative video! Being a new therapist I’ve accumulated a bunch of resources from different places. It was so nice to watch your video and see that I’m on the right track(since that imposter syndrome still gets me, sometimes). I actually have all of the resources you mentioned and recently got the self-compassion book a few days ago. :)

giiiirrrl, i can go on and on about the "expectations" society puts on us - i continue to unlearn these unrealistic expectations, that nobody should have to live up to. But in regards to you journey, you got this!!!

Thanks so much for this! I’m currently getting my undergrad in social work and planning on becoming a psychotherapist . I do plan on getting a masters program but I was wondering if you recommend getting an MSW or Masters in counselling psych? Your channel has been super helpful!
You’re welcome ! I will do a video comparing the 2 degrees but essentially your choice really depends on what you want to do with your degree and also the opportunities that are available in your area
