For my own part, the harder companies try to market to me, to push me into being someone they can milk for cash, the more I withdraw from the internet. Eventually, if they push hard enough, I just give it up entirely and take my free time back to the library, like how I used to do for decades.
I'm happy with it sitting in the corner, used a few times a day. A little like the way the first TV's would broadcast programs for only an hour or two. Managed to avoid portable devices, a choice which is met with increased hostility from people and organisations- No smart phone, you're a monster!!! Not everyone has the memory of a goldfish, this is not what we were told it was going to be with the internet in the 90's, it's been allowed to happen, they're welcome to it.
How do you withdraw from the internet? But already the TV is pretty much useless. The TV is a liar and messes with your mind. Fake-news much? Notice that I did not say that I do not have a TV. I just don't watch TV much if any anymore. A TV is a good monitor for watching video games or for playing videos or viewing personal photos. But the TV channels are pretty much garbage. I watch mostly YT and Rumble, where I have more control over what I watch.
I think that in the future there will no longer be libraries to go to anymore. They will be replaced with digital libraries and internet cafe's. You will have to pay for most information. And THAT information will be selective and dependent upon what your government chooses to allow you to think. We are witnessing history being rewritten. Perfect example is BLM defacing historical statues and crying like babies about a past that we in the present had nothing to do with but should keep as reminders so as to learn from mistakes or advancements as a nation that operates within a free society. This is the transitional phase of the new order of things on earth. Sigh.
The core message here is: fear your government, but in free societies governments should fear the people. If your government abuse their power by putting innocent people on secret discriminatory lists, they violate human rights law. As free people whom our governments serve, we have every right to demand our governments remove us from such lists since we are not criminals by association.
The important message I get is that once your information is out there, its out there forever. it’s almost un reversible without a complete change of personal identity..and a major change to lifestyle habits..we were muppet’s for falling into the social media and google data traps.
More importantly, this signals the downfall of worthwhile society and the propensity for cannibalism our present, sneaky structure brings out in humans.

How to recognize propaganda: 1) When given a problem, fear rather than reason is used to present the solution. 2) When you're pressured into accepting the solution. 3) When you're not allowed to question the solution. 4) When the solution involves surrendering your freedoms. 5) When your eyes see one thing, but you are compelled to believe a different thing. 6) When the solution means giving small groups of people control over larger and larger things. 7) When dissenters are censored for refusing to accept the solution. 8) When dissenters are targeted by accusations from different sources, suddenly and all at once.

The problem with having multiple Gmail accounts is that they are immediately linked together when you "Add Account" say in RUclips on any device. Immediately Google can connect the dots. The best bet is to completely avoid Gmail altogether apart from the obligatory RUclips account Otherwise, good points.
You can also use something like Freetube, which lets you watch videos on YT, without an account. You may even subscribe to channels, but, you won’t be able to use the Like/Dislike buttons nor be able to comment. I believe it uses a RUclips API from Google itself from a developer side to bypass the authentication process. There is Skytube as well but Freetube is great!

They now every location, every apartment, every house, every store by using WIFI and then they compare GPS-coords and if you have the same coords as someone else for more than 10 minutes you're probably in the same room and this is how you get "Friend" suggestions.
Since I don't have a cellphone, they can't do any of that to me. People should consider getting rid of the phones completely. People did fine before the cellphones were invented. It's a very recent invention in my lifetime.

@stone8732 Rome wasn't built a day. Imagine this; for some reason, we're swimming in deep ocean, and an iceberg is coming towards us. You look under the waves and see this iceberg and start swimming away. A few minutes later I start doing the backstroke, swimming away from the iceberg, but not seeing the urgency of the matter. A wave submerges me for a brief moment and I see the whole thing. Case in point: I can only swim one stroke at a time. I can't get to the point you urge me to in a matter of a few days. If I, or anyone else in my spot tried, I or they would burn out. While it'd be nice, I'm not going to just suddenly use (random distro) BlackArch linux with Whonix and some untraceable IP addresses and have twenty different phone numbers in a few days, complete with a clean and anonymous track record. That'd be insane. Let me work with cleaning up my inactive accounts first. One stroke at a time. One brick at a time. People like me will build Rome eventually.
I met a guy at the border between two countries. The bus was guided aside. He just sighed and said that this was commonplace for him. He'd been in these checks for six months. Meanwhile this was - hands down - the first time I was ever in such a big check, where the entire bus was put inside a warehouse. He was a nice enough fella, but I noticed that he had this look, and he also had tattoos even on his face. He told me, last time he needed to pee, he was forced to strip naked for them. I knew then that it's probably the circle of people he's seeing and that he's in fact being singled out. It could be algorithmic too. They want to catch as many as they can in one go. Just knowing that they use algorithms, is enough to exploit it IMHO. If there's too many of a certain type on the venue, then you know you're being set up, so just leave.
A bus got searched extra hard a t a border crossing because a guy with tattoos somehow triggered a security response via an algorithm analysis of his online communication (I kinda added in that context to help the story along but I'm open to correction).... Moral of the story - be careful when crossing borders by bus. Avoid face tattoo guy and catch a different bus.

I found a good way around this. I do not use a cell phone nor do I have a phone number. When I do eventually get a phone it will be a landline phone and not a cell phone. If I choose to get a cell phone it will be a burner phone to make calls and use the GPS mapping features only. I will only give out the cell phone to specific people and the landline phone for everything else. I also have 4 other email accounts that are not really used at all but I do tend to interact with a few just to keep things a bit on the up and up for the email account to remain active and not be deleted by the provider. I really do not like emails and I tend to ignore them more often than not unless I know I will be receiving an email from someone that I made contact with and requested email contact.

It's called misdirection, spend a decade in a certain pattern, let them see everything, then up and split out into a completely different routine. Also, live in several states, get multiple state ID's, register your vehicle in one of these, get your medical card in one of these, get a CHL with reciprocity from one of these, set up your brick and mortar banking in one of these. Always keep them guessing where you are, who you know, and where you go. Swap cars with buddies you trust, have other people who can set stuff up for you, use cash, no utilities, take over leases, and stay aware of your keylogging. Set up multiple things and they will be pulling straws, which will alert you. Stay Frosty.

It’s much easier than you make it sound. There is no paranoia either. Your data is yours, it’s private. No business or government has the right to it without consent. It’s about maintaining as much freedom as possible, nothing more.

Hey Rob, hope the format change is going well. This is a good summary of identity data protection we should all know. You mentioned getting a third google account for platform 2fa. But don't google accounts need a phone number to be associated with them? So 3 google accounts means 3 phone numbers?
I know that I had a Google account without a phone number for a long time, and I know that no number is directly mentioned on my account, but I can't remember if they eventually asked me for a phone "verification" once (anti-bot I think?). Certainly might have, and if-so I suppose it doesn't stay in account info as a registered number. (not to say that they don't still remember/keep that info)

I totally understand how you categorize you as a person with different divisions for private you versus financial you and internet you. @@robbraxmantech/videos I'm glad you asked that question Rob because it underscores a point of confusion for me. There is. It's basically a Google search interface to the surveillance data of 3-letter agencies. At one point I was able to reach the login screen to this. Then they locked that out.

I can think of several instances where you _want_ to be identified. Say, if you're offering certain services, or if you're looking for certain types of jobs. Or even people. Letting certain kinds of people "discover" you can be very beneficial.
FYI. Recently Google automatically enabled device tracking for all devices registered in your Google account, based on automatically opt-in with opt-out possibility. So they not only know who you are, but also where you're staying or recently been seen online. To make it even worse, the technology also uses information gathered by NFC and bluetooth by scanning devices in your neighborhood. So putting your device off still could make it being tracked while detected by an active online neighboring device.

Make that demand.... Now your on two lists!!🤭

In so-called free societies, governments react to threats by increasing their power. They don't have to fear laws; they make them.

For me, I'm finding some of it overwhelming and just trying to get it all straight in my head. For example, professional me also has business social media, banking for each company, websites, affiliates, emails, and so on. The number of accounts is compounded and I'm looking for ideas to streamline it. Maybe my situation is unique.
@@ryanqvincent144 Thank you so much. I will check this out.

In regards to keeping your MFA phone off till needed, do you think it's possible (or probable) that Google can set a bootup cron job to immediately snitch you out? Or do so during the inevitable app update?
Internet privacy... lol... good one! That like being the wet dry guy.
And for the point on social circles, I called that one too way long ago- if everyone arounds you uses social media but you don't, it won't matter because it won't be very hard identifying you by the big you-shaped hole you leave in the middle.
12:45 Rob says to not use a gmail to log into youtube. But since google owns youtube wouldn't google already be able to attribute all of your youtube activity to you anyway? And if you used three different gmails one for work , one for personal and one for platform login, wouldn't google be able to put all that information together?
You need gmail for RUclips. How would Google connect all 3 if you're not using the same 2FA?
@@robbraxmantech/videos I'm glad you asked that question Rob because it underscores a point of confusion for me. I know, as you pointed out in another comment, you can use passkeys or a google app for 2fa for those odd times they ask you for it. But for *creating the account* in the first place? Don't you need a real phone number for creating google accounts originally, even if you can remove that phone number afterwards?
Even before your comments about the December 2023 crackdown I'd be pretty surprised if you could. But especially now. Please clarify Rob! Thanks in advance.
@@jfx5054 Prepaids will not work for 2fa. They are banned for that purpose. So it goes back to the question how to get the 3 google accounts in the first place. I know Rob is a very busy man but I'm still hoping he can respond
You’re right but some platforms make it so very hard to not give them your contact list!! And I hate it cuz I have accounts that I do not need people I know to see it!!
And each new generation becomes dumber n dumber (or careless) for what the NWO, Deep State, and corporations does to spy on everyone.
I heard Snowden say there is a "google for spies" I have no idea what that meant.
There is. It's basically a Google search interface to the surveillance data of 3-letter agencies. At one point I was able to reach the login screen to this. Then they locked that out.
I also feel that sometimes 2FA is done just to collect phone numbers. If it's my account I should be allowed to decide if password is enough for me, not someone else.
The % of Psychopaths in the Corporate , Political , Military worlds is 4-25% higher than the 1% in society . Positions of power naturally attract Sociopaths and Psychopaths - so by default , Tech is in the hands of people you shouldn’t trust with you personal , national or global wellbeing
Precise and utterly informative. Thank you Mr. Braxman for your dedication and enlightment.
As a white, male, god-fearing conservative from a small Midwest town, it's practically axiomatic that I am on the list of all three-letter agencies.
We're going into a very controlled future. Its sad for our children😢
What in the world does axiomatic mean?? Please use normal language

He was referring to the phone's "IMSI".

I don't have a cellphone, and I don't send or receive emails from friends or business associates as I don't have many and I'm retired. So cellphone calls, text, and emails won't tell much about me.
thanks for this, great refresher.
