how do you reconcile with yourself if you've made these mistakes with women for many years?
I like your video, but here's some feedback. It's good advice for 2023 or later, however, that's not confidence that's arrogance, your implying the man equivalent of a pickmegirl, and success is not to impress instead success is for selfish motives based on purely self-improvement. Majority of women are posers, would this advice work on women of intellect?
This is nothing but true and I’ve had crazy success with playful indifference towards women. But it’s crazy how hard it is to go against the nice guy programming - it just keeps creeping up.

For me it was indifference with a combination of working on my looks etc, boy this was an absolute game changer with my success with girls.

I'm a nice guy by nature right, laugh a lot, smile a lot, joke around a lot, I can't help myself. But over the years I've learned to curb some of that with women, I'll let a girl know "don't be fooled by my personality, you do NOT want to piss me off" and those that didn't listen had to find out the hard way, once broke up with a girl because she was late for a date, that's because it wasn't her 1st time doing it and I just thought hell naw, she thought I was playing, I said with a smile on my face, WATCH ME!

After a year dating when she earns the spot and stays with you without giving her flowers or gifts all that time then yeah it’s ok to give her flowers after 9 or 12 months but not in the beginning of your relationship
Maybe be a lil funny AFTER you smashed. I naturally be funny as well but also serious, so I had to learn to be more serious and less funny at first. It works for me.
I don’t even think it’s just nice guys anymore. Women hate guys that don’t abuse them. Men with good morals and values, men that have their own lives and would make a good father, that’s not “exciting” enough for a woman. You need to be the bad boy, the emotional roller coaster, low emotional intelligence, not very smart, anger issues, intimidate, etc… They’re addicted to being abused.
