Christopher Clark He's saying that if you can't speak english then get the fuck out of the country. Sounds xenophobic to me. and by his logic he shouldn't visit China.
Oh please drop that Xenophobic mantra. US Constitution, Bill of Rights, Pledge Of Allegiance and all official US documents are wrritten in English so why shouldn't it be declared our official language? Other countries all have an official language that immigrants are expected to learn so is the rest of the world Xenophobic in your opinion? Yes, I believe all US citizens should learn English. My dad and all 4 of my grandparents were immigrants who learned English and were proud to become Americans. They didn't wear any foreign looking attire or expect public servants such as cops and firemen to learn their language. That's the way it was and that's how it should still be! ☺
"US Constitution, Bill of Rights, Pledge Of Allegiance and all official US documents are wrritten in English so why shouldn't it be declared our official language?" The English language being popular at this moment in history does not mean we should actively lock other languages out. "My dad and all 4 of my grandparents were immigrants who learned English and were proud to become Americans." Just because your ancestors learned a new language doesn't mean everyone else has to. And for that matter, why can't YOU learn another language? Wouldn't it be better to have America filled with multilingual people rather than just people who speak English? Why would we deliberately not support that? The bottom line is that your ideas are all self-serving and pro-status-quo. That's not in the country's interest. If I'm an employee at a company for five years, I might want the company to make a "can't fire people with five years or more of employment" rule, but clearly that's not in the company's interest. What you're saying is basically that; your ancestors did all the hard work of immigrating and finding/making a spot for themselves, and now you're basically saying "let's lock the door now that I'm set up." It doesn't work that way, that's to the country's detriment.

I miss being 22 again. Going to see Diceman,Eddie Murphy, Sam Kinison, Andy Kaufman, and so many more. Back when we could all laugh at each other ( all races)and not get offended like today.
Ever consider that maybe the out groups of this kind of stuff were just being polite and not trying to bring negative attention to themselves? If you talk to a lot of older people of other races this is what many of them were thinking.
Too bad the Diceman of 2019 isn't the same as the Diceman of 1987. I'd love for old Dice to show up on 'The View' and make those old hags have heart attacks.
Hilarious! Once you understand it's just a schtick then you can indulge in it. People take it too serious as if that's the real him. He is playing into a character and that's what makes the comedy so much more powerful.
Saw Dice a few times when he was huge - once at Madison Square Garden (when he sold out two nights) and once at Nassau Coliseum. Both joints packed to the gills. For about three years, for those not old enough to remember, Dice was absolutely gigantic. Maybe the most popular comic ever. Around '91, there was talk of him headlining Shea Stadium - if it would have happened, he would have filled it. And sure, like say, rock bands, he's not gonna be as good 25-30 years later. But he's still funny and it's important to understand how his very un-PC jokes were such a hit - because most people didn't wake up every morning back then on a new quest to find something that "offends" them. It's a shame that so many, in America and elsewhere, have become so pussified and infested with political correctness. Stops them from enjoying an awful lot out there. The PC gods are very proud - they have trained the masses well.
Steven Fallon I was around then and there was PC backlash to Dice back then. Lots of it. Nora Dunn on SNL? Bans on him in all sorts of events and ceremonies. Write ups in the paper and stories on entertainment news about how "offensive" he was. I loved his act, but it was not free of controversy at all. You're letting nostalgia blind you. Plenty of PC attitude in the late 80s and a lot of it targeting Clay.
There are still plenty of comedians who dont really give a shit about pc. Louis CK, Dave Chappelle, Tom Segura. I mean plenty. PC isnt a bad thing, its a good thing. People just watch too much Fox News and get brainwashed to hate the "snowflakes" lol.
that's awesome. really wish I was around in the 80's to see all of these top comedians. depending what month this show was in I was maybe a year old. my dad let us watch all his stuff when we were young among other greats like Rodney himself. Nothing touches these people. Only thing with Dice is that he can get a bit old if you watch too much.
From the time I was about 5 till now (21) i grew up hearing my dad say "whats in the bowl bitch" i always said it too never knowing the context. 16 years later I finally have an explanation
@Gore4ever FulciLives yeah it worked because people didn't have internet and they would have to actually go see him live to hear his routine it was something that you had to see for it to be funny due to his mannerisms but those days are long gone
The thing I felt about his new episode on Rogan was that he talked a lot about himself but not in an egotistical way; in a way that I felt we needed to hear, like a college lecture. He’s a legend.
If someone said the things in the video in a comedy club today they would be lynched by the PC Police and forced to apologize for their job. And lose it regardless. It's sad to see what we have become.
I don't think you would be forced to apologize, you might just not get much work at that particular club anymore. And thats assuming that there would be a huge backlash. Dice still does comedy and I don't here people on MSNBC or TYT talking much about him
I guess you had to live through that era. Dice caught the zeitgeist. Dice should have put the pedal to the metal, but he was actually hurt by the criticism of his act. He created this character so well that people actually took him seriously.
Thos Robert So true. He is nothing Robin Williams was where He can be any image, from hilarious stand up to hero to villain. Even when He tried changing his image to good father/husband in that sitcom which failed miserably. I admit that I was waiting for him to say "balls across the nose! Oh!" a any point. He just didnt have it...
It's still here; but people evolved to realize that this is stupid misogynist shit which is low-brow, dumbass comedy only worthy of that same low-brow, dumbass audience; which, yah, has shrunk over the years ;)
The left has basically put a nail in most comics today using political "correctness" as their tool! Not many comics can or want to perform on a college campus today for fear of harming the feelings of woke "snowflakes".

As Americans, we need this stuff today.
Agreed.
You do, already have done. Unfunny comedians.
edgy
...good one George !
Xenophobia and mysogyny? No thanks...
Can’t have fun anymore these days… This was freakin comedy !!! 😂😂😂😂
The old days when we were regular.
The 80's: No internet, no RUclips. We'd all be watching this on some crappy VHS that the only guy in school who had cable TV was able to record.
I saw him live a couple of years after this. So fucking funny.
Ohhh, how I miss comedy like this.
What makes this act so much more funnier is the fact that nobody can say this stuff anymore 😂😂😂
Yeah ya can asshole....ya just don't!....Stupid.
They can. With risks 😂😂😂
That's why this country has problems. No funny bone
You can..just grow a set..
@@charlessedlacek5754Exactly! We need to get back to sane times.
Classic comedy right here. 100% rock & roll status. Dice is still that dude.
spoken like a true gentlemen.
Give em a beer
Frist bad white man
Dice was a masterpiece of acting in movie Blue Jasmine. Prime Time Dice for real. Definitely worth seeing. A life-force totally ahead of its time.
“Wear one of those condiments”
Two of my favorite and most under-rated comedians to ever in stand-up comedy.
What? They're not underrated at all. This has to be an under 30 year old comment. Jesus.
The good old days, I remember being a kid in the 80s great times, lol, this is Andrew at his best, lol😎👍🤣🤣🤣
Classic legend,unfiltered, not watered down.
This is the show that put me on the DICE TRAIN..!!!!!
We used to make fun of the 80s in the 90s but now looking back the 80s were fucking awesome.
Fuck yea. The 80s were awesome.
Shame on you for making fun of the 80's and 90's.
Cathy Bradley , What are you complaining about? The decade you were born in???? Holy crap, get out of the house sweaty.
Cathy Bradley you're pissed!
The 80’s was shit
I miss being 22 again. Going to see Diceman,Eddie Murphy, Sam Kinison, Andy Kaufman, and so many more. Back when we could all laugh at each other ( all races)and not get offended like today.
Ever consider that maybe the out groups of this kind of stuff were just being polite and not trying to bring negative attention to themselves? If you talk to a lot of older people of other races this is what many of them were thinking.
(that's what's UP...😎👍)
Yea dog we learned how to be racist from your gen.
(that part)...🙏
@@gskate117 plenty are learning how to be a pussy from yours.
Always love all your videos and the narration is perfect too. Thanks for posting this.
I remember this when it was on for the first time, might have been live, on HBO. Oh....the good old days.
Too bad the Diceman of 2019 isn't the same as the Diceman of 1987. I'd love for old Dice to show up on 'The View' and make those old hags have heart attacks.
Same here,oldschool!!!
He has been on morning shows recently
Dice is a fucking has-been.
oldschoolgnrfan it’s called aging you ever heard of it ?😂
The Dice is just as good as he was, what do you mean?
You're too young if you don't remember the Walkman.
Chris Pappas I had a Walkman, disc man and all that shit. They sure were a pain when bicycling.
You're too young if you don't remember the Victrola.
Zack Bennett // ROFL...You're too young if you don't remember Thomas Edison's recording of "Mary Had a Little Lamb".
Chris Pappas...Bill minyard here buddy. I guess we both love this prick.
I still have 3 walkmans.
I love the crowd is dressed. Looking good. Hair combed. No t-shirts & flip flops. We knew how to make a night.
Hilarious! Once you understand it's just a schtick then you can indulge in it. People take it too serious as if that's the real him. He is playing into a character and that's what makes the comedy so much more powerful.
+Angel S Its even funnier when you realize its John Stewart
+Angel S thats why i wear a walkman lmao i almost spit out my drink hahaha
+Justin Thomas Holds the fuck up yer telling me this guy is John Stewart? I gotta look that up.
+Angel S I hate to burst your bubble but he's actually quite a douche in real life too...check out his latest visit to the Joe Rogan podcast #779.
+Angel S Does this need to be explained? It's clearly an act.
+Steven Fallon
I love un-PCness, don't you?
+Steven Fallon Right On, Man!!!
Yes indeed! I am 54 now and I was a young man 30 years ago! I remember " Dice" this was classic!
I was at this show. Wow the years have gone.
that's awesome. really wish I was around in the 80's to see all of these top comedians. depending what month this show was in I was maybe a year old. my dad let us watch all his stuff when we were young among other greats like Rodney himself. Nothing touches these people. Only thing with Dice is that he can get a bit old if you watch too much.
From the time I was about 5 till now (21) i grew up hearing my dad say "whats in the bowl bitch" i always said it too never knowing the context. 16 years later I finally have an explanation
Hah, yea once I heard Dice Clay say that was like, yep I’m repeating for the rest of my life
Wtf? This guy is hilarious! "It's like a haunted house down there."
lol
FUN TO ESCAPE FROM REALITY & LAUGH 😂 CAUSE BOB MARLEY SAYS -EVERY LITTLE THING GONNA BE ALRIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!
Are you 12?
He only has like one act
Dice still does comedy and I don't here people on MSNBC or TYT talking much about him
I think what's sad is to see what passed for comedy in 1987. Andrew Dice Clay wouldn't get past Instagram.
If your profile name is indicitave of your sense of humor, you wouldn't get past this comment section, OOOHHHHHHHHHH!
StoneColdChewy you would think so.
Fuck you & Instagram
He was one of the greatest I can promise u that
"It's like you're looking down on a gopher!" lmao
Dice was the only guy that could reuse his bits for years (nursery rhymes) and they only got better. “OOWWAH”
I love this guy
America needs Andrew Dice Clay for all the crap we've gone through these past 4 years
Agreed! He was amazing.
I guess you had to live through that era. Dice caught the zeitgeist. Dice should have put the pedal to the metal, but he was actually hurt by the criticism of his act. He created this character so well that people actually took him seriously.
I loved his stuff back in the day but let's be honest Dice was as one dimensional as it gets. His act just got old.
Thos Robert problem was, he took himself too seriously
Thos Robert So true. He is nothing Robin Williams was where He can be any image, from hilarious stand up to hero to villain. Even when He tried changing his image to good father/husband in that sitcom which failed miserably. I admit that I was waiting for him to say "balls across the nose! Oh!" a any point. He just didnt have it...
Thos Robert He didn't "take himself seriously" - he was funny.....
He took a 15 minute routine and turned it into a fortune. What did you do?
This is what freedom of speech looked like
Sichael Mcott look what I wrote to GRM FRIDAY.... the guy with the continent icon
@@suzylux No, this is NOT "politically correct" and snowflakes would run screaming to their safe space!
Suzy Lux but you watched it?
Always loved the Dice Man.
This performance single handedly threw Dice into the fame statosphere. I guess it was the right place at the time doing the right material.
I recommend you to watch "The Adventures of Ford Fairlane" movie
Love the Dice Man!!
He's a living legend!!
The Dice man is still hilarious.
Dice and Sam were the kings of 80's stand up. Nobody has been that funny since.
