The Covenant Mod is a separate mod called First Contact. There is an additional mod that adds more Covenant and Forerunner assets named 1st MEU Aux Mod

By the time myself and the rest of the group got there, the ODSTs, all but 2 of the first group of 1st MEU and 1 out of 2 Spartans had died
