Thx man ! Your Braun Video was very cool. I used to get Braun and ADS always mixed. Especially their electronics. My Mom had a Braun blender that always needed a part replaced every year 😅.
Good Subject Matter !! But Complex !! Let's Start with the Bob Carver Challenge. The top Audiophile magazines A/B tested $80k Amps Bob reproduced their sound signature by duplication of the transfer function with a multi-channel Oscilloscope in low cost solidstate. Joey much of this hobby is just audio jewelry. I make my $500 integrated sound equal or better than my 600 watt mono blocks Costing close to $30k Knowledge is the real power!!! Yes I can make it have more realism and detailed than anything sold at a current show
Thanks man. Appreciate your support. And I am old enough to remember the Bob Carver challenge. I think we was pitting them up against a pair of well know Tube Amps (CJ or AR maybe).
Doesn't surprise me. Why learn when you can copy/paste/add a few Tchotchke's and a fancy box with some decent marketing. My PCB layout skills are rusty but I need to get back into Kii Cad again. I still haven't given up on my desire to do all surface mount (1% metal film resistors/low ESR Caps version of the Series 1 & 2 EQ's.
Good content. Thx.

I know of one commercial amplifier manufacturer who has been ripping off ideas and IP from diyaudio for years. He uses it as his R&D department ;)
