Always a great watch, sir. The drone footage always helps put the wilderness in context. Especially appreciate the food recommendations. Very smart economizing on your camping gear. No need to overdo it. Keep it simple, focusing on the essentials. Your Bronco navigated those trails with aplomb. Bravo!
Great episode, first time to your channel. i also do solo camping in my RRT, never even thought of the coffee up top, makes sense! yes, the step stool, don't leave home with out it!
Haha yet, if you're over 40 you need a step stool. Went out the first time without one and was like "nope, not climbing up and down like this every time"
Hey brother thanks for the krazy vids! Tell us how great or not the Bronco has been. What the miles on the odometer and do you feel that the engine will go at least 200k? I know too much to ask, but you have been using that beast for why it was made for!
It's been great! I only have 20 000 kilometers on it, as it's mostly driven in the woods haha. I do my oil changes every 5k instead of 8. That's what will make it last longer. I work at a ford dealership, and most issues we see with turbo engines is lack of maintenance. Change your oil and filters often and it will make a big difference. As long as I keep up the maintenance, she'll go past 200k i'm sure. Working on a 2 year update video on my bronco. coming soon.
Still much more snow than what I currently have where I am in Maine which is none and I’m ok with that. Nice over night camping trip….. And clean, it’s fine 😂😂
Great video! Are you really even wheelin without storm chips and a stop at Last Stop for a couple refreshments?? Love the bedside coffee idea but my bladder would never permit that to happen at my age haha. Pee, then coffee. Keep up the good content, hope to see you on the trails soon.
Yes for sure! I won't be trying to Pull Grimace out with my tinny Bronco next time though haha. And who says I didn't pee before coffee? There's other tricks for that haha.
Great video. Curious if road salt is used on the roads where you live. If so, how has the Bronco held up to that over the years? Any frame corrosion preventative tips?
Thanks! and yes, they use tons of salt here, it's horrible. But, I've had my bronco for 2 years now and no rust. Here's my video I did on Rust prevention. ruclips.net/video/pDcKO50-iww/видео.html
👍🏼👍🏼 thanks for the info! I change mine every 4 k. Maybe I’ll change to 5k. I also try and change every 6 months no matter if I have 1k on the oil. Would you recommend that? Both of my Broncos haven’t seen dirt in 2 years. They’re basically mall crawlers.
Where did you get those fire starts from? I thought I bought some about 2 years ago and I really like them but I have no idea where I got them from, CT ?
@@NorthShoreBronco that's basically exactly what I got here in Ontario. It was a different branding. I use them for backcountry camping as well. They light easily, burn for a few minutes and weigh nothing ! Thanks for the link

A tarp for an awning and a can of soup. As it should be! Good vid. Thanx!
Haha thanks! I like to keep it simple!

Much appreciated! Yes, it was a little questionable to send the drone up into that blizzard but I'm very happy I did!
Love it! Great footage and the food looks yummy! And the storm chips I gotta try.
So good! Thank you for watching!

For sure!! Should be some good snow wheeling coming up soon. Might organize a local run.
I’m down for a run too as long as I’m not sledding.

I see your Canadian haha. I got them at Kent Building Supplies. I'll see if I can find a link, or the brand.

I was thinking to go camping as well but there is no snow :(.
