This live version makes me cry every time. Sooooo much emotions in her voice and she conveys them so well that I feel them myself, to the point its actually painfull to listen to.
Her talent is absolutely insane. UNBELIEVABLE vocalist
I’ve been following her since day one, she’s an absolute vocal monster
How she shows the pain and anguish in this song is chilling
In fact, what she showed in this song is about 40% of her capabilities. It takes about 4-5 songs to fully appreciate. She also incorporates various techniques such as high speed rapping and whistle voice, growl, scream, yodeling. She can j-pop, k-pop, rock, rap, funk, heavy metal, lyrical, folk, EDM. and more (sometimes even mixing three or four styles in one song)

@@hal1072 I listened to almost all of her songs. Over 25. If you want her raw voice in the old metal style, then listen to "Crime and Punishment"

She is already one of the greatest Japanese vocalist of all time and she continues to get better a true vocal goddess
Ado is the definition of a "limitless" vocalist. Her ability to portray the emotions of a song even if you don't understand a word is on another level, especially live. There may be others who do single vocal styles/things better, but there's literally nothing she can't do and it's not even an exaggeration. She doesn't show her face or reveal her identity because she's very introverted and doesn't want anything to hamper her performances, including people knowing how she looks like, amongst other things. She mainly does JPop/Electro/Vocaloid songs, but she has some real good rock songs aswell, like Ibara (いばら, Thorn), Gyakkou (逆光, Backlight) or Rebellion (レベリオン). I almost exclusively listen to rock/metal, but her voice somehow makes me like a lot of her songs, even if they're EDM or JPop.
Unravel is a cover, the original is from TK, aka Kitajima Toru and it was used as the opening for the 2014 anime Tokyo Ghoul. She started as a cover singer on Japanese video site "NicoNico" and still does them from time to time, but it's pretty easy to distinguish her originals from the covers because covers always have "歌いました" (Utaimashita, transl. "I sang") in the title.
Ado (pronounced Ah Doh) is an amazing vocalist 😍! And she is only going to get better if you can imagine that!!! She just turned 21 back in October and made her debut at 17. Her world tour (Asia, Europe and the US) is completely sold out!!!

Original was from the anime "Tokyo Ghoul", and performed by TK
She has uploaded cover songs on her computer since she was a teen, and she was evaluated as very good at putting emotions according to the expression and lyrics of how she sings, and she became popular at the age of 17 and started singing her own songs from that time.

She is beyond captivating, her ability to convey the anguish and fear in this song is truly wondrous. In just a couple of years she has become one of my favorite singers of all time, and I’m in my 50’s.

Another one falls down the Ado rabbit hole. I highly recommend the following songs of hers: Show (the studio AND the live version), Crime and Punishment, Aishite Aishite Aishite, Backlight, New Genesis, Fleeting Lullaby, Usseewa, Odo, Godish.
I could recommend even more but i think these are the perfect ones to get a taste of her varied vocal range
