The song is from Tokyo Ghoul. The way she brings the feelings and emotions of the main character of the story to the front and center of the song is nothing short of amazing. It makes me actually feel the fear, anxiety, pain, rage, sorrow, and loneliness the character goes through in the story. Absolutely fantastic rendition ADO.

I've never heard pain transferred to a song like this before. This was the first thing I ever heard of hers because my regular metal reactors were doing this. I did not listen to any reactions until I heard it from her channel first though. I was stunned, to the point of tears. Then I found out where it was from and I am now almost through season one of Tokyo Ghoul, and there are more tears in that as well. Been a long time since I watched any anime. The incognito thing, I can't do it, so I don't and won't follow her unless she drops that as it strikes me as ....odd. It is too bad because she is coming to where I am in March but I won't pay to see a shadow. (Just a personal thing with me, she isn't the first to do the silhouette thing, or hide behind a mask)
You see there is a lack of context, this is a common practice among Japanese artists, especially girls, and there are reasons for this, there have been cases of stalking and attacks on performers in Japan, including attacks with a knife, in addition to this, most idols have a ban on relationships, this is either is stated in the contract or there may be bullying from fans, even if they just took a photo in a cafe with a friend, then this is a reason for bullying, some hide from their parents what they are doing. There are objective reasons for Japanese performers to hide their faces.
