I just took delivery of my water tank. do I have to replace the plastic covers for the discharge points at the bottom? it doesn't look very secure!
For discharge point, it is recommended that you connect a stop valve (stop cock) as service outlet later.
We have 5 adults and 1 child with 5 baths . I’m advised to get 1600 litre . I have a concrete ceiling to put it on but worried about the weight. Any advice?
1600L estimates around 1600kg. For safety, you have to refer to structural engineer to calculate the maximum loading.
Hi, want to ask why my water tank will have brown rustiness under the water tank even though the water go thru the outdoor filter before store inside the tank. Is it due to the stainless steel quality or the filter cannot filter out all of the chloride content and caused rusting happen?

Upon receiving, please inspect for damages before accepting. However, since it's mirror finish, you might see some scratches.

Which model you would recommend between ATKC and Deluxe? I mean is Deluxe model good as well?
Both the tanks are competitive, both are from reputable manufacturer, matching quality and warranty but slightly different in term of design, dimensions and price.

Is it safe to cover the stainless tank with a roof so the hot sun doesn’t heat up my water ..I can vent tank and have lots of air circulating etc
Yes, it is possible. Or you may test the chlorine level in your area.
Is pvc tank as good as stainless steel in terms of durability? Would it be too heavy to place ss tanks in enclosed rooftop?
Well, the black colour "pvc" tank is called "PE" or Polyethylene Water Tank.
The weight of the tanks are very much dependable on the capacity. For example, 1000L water tank (PE or SS) would have weighed 1000KG.
Surprising but it true, some PE tanks come in 10 years warranty as well. Please refer manufacturer.

bro can we use two sources for one tank? like one from the meter and one from your deep well?
There's only 1 inlet which is connected to a float valve. Further more, water from the deep well need to be treated before storage.

I would suggest not more than 1 week depending on types of water usage. If for domestic or kitchen usage, please use direct incoming water supply.

Wondering.. if its stainless steel, with steel's capability of absorbing and retaining heat.. being under the sun the whole day, will all the water that's coming from the tank be hot?
Yes, under the hot sun and still water condition, the water at the outgoing will be slightly warm or hot.

Will algae grows if I store it as water tank and use the water from the tank...once in a while... Once a month or once in 3 to 5 months...
Without prejudice, this might be possible but mostly will be dirt and contaminants. The storage water is not 100% pure or filtered, and inlets or outlets are not completely sealed.

@@ATKCeWarehouse sir I need your confirmation that you have a unit with 39 inch or 41 inch diameter also I can squeeze in for 1500 litre.
@@ZahidZahid-jq7vz For the model KR200, the diameter is 36", however the capacity is only 850L. You might need to install 2 units to get a total of 1500L storage capacity.
